The studio room (324) was clean, spacious and laid out great for our family thanksgiving trip from the east coast (MD). Zach who checked us in was personable, professional and didnt hesitate to ensure our stay was superior. He was so amazing. I recommended the hotel to my Aunt and Cousin (rooms 101 and 102), and they switched from the Microtel to Residence Inn thanks to Zach!

It was very clean and staff was amazing!!!! we checked in quick and she even gave us breakfast for an early departure. 10/05

We flushed the toilet and it ran for at-least 10 minutes every time. That was with doing my own maintenance. The fridge was also so so loud. it ran all night long. i think it’s time for some upgrades

The staff did nothing to accommodate our needs

So upset. I ended up having emergency abdominal surgery and requested to change dates. The hotel wouldn’t talk to us and kept referring us to booking.com. Booking.com only has options to send requests to the hotel or tells you to contact the hotel directly. So it was a loop…hotel telling us to contact the booking website, the booking website telling us to contact the hotel. So we were never able to change the reservation yet I was still charged. Terrible customer service.

It was good but not great. I like the fact that there's free coffee and breakfast. I like the amount of channels available to watch on the TV.

I wish there was toast or potatoes to go with the protein. I felt like the air conditioning was blowing directly on me as I slept which isn't the most comfortable. The one-touch buttons on my phone did not work so I could nor call the front desk.

Breakfast was o.k. but after the 5th day it got "old", the same things every day...

When we checked in on Friday, we asked if it would be possible for our daughter, husband and family be close by...didn't have to be right next door, but at least on the same floor..and the people at the front desk said they would accomodate us....Well our room was 323 and theirs was 202. on the very other side of the building...that is not very helpful at all!!!

First room-air conditioner did not work. Staff placed us in another room. Second room, the refrigerator leaked water from ice maker. You could tell that the place was in need of upgrades.

Booked a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom to travel for a birthday with young 6 children. Upon arriving. We were informed the 2 bedroom was unavailable and would give us 3 one bedrooms instead. I expressed that this would have been good information to know ahead of time because we could have had time to book elsewhere. The gentleman at the front said "we'll just go ahead and cancel you." When I replied we were already here, he said "there are other places around, go find one." Had I not been so exhausted, I would have. We ultimately just stayed in 2 separate rooms and the kids crammed in together. One of the rooms was with a broken A/C. It really made for a very uncomfortable and unrested and very long weekend. The GM was great and absolutely diffused the situation, but I'm shocked the kid still has a job. I doubt he will for long.
