Overall, I think the facility is nice. The customer satisfacton area needs some work.

I liked the location of the property. I also liked the overall setup of the room I booked.

The TV in the room did not work. I notified the front desk. They never stated that it could be fixed but that a lot of their TVs were going out. They offered a discount on the room but at checkout this was not noted anywhere. I booked the room for 3 people, there were only 2 sets of towels in the room. We asked for more towels only to be told they had none to give. I was told that the room I booked was for 2 people only which was not correct, if so the site would not have allowed booking for 3. So my 13 year old had to use hand towels for showering and drying. It was hard to adjust the thermostat in the room so we went from one extreme to the other.

I've stayed in many Marriot properties but this wasn't a good stay. I wished I choose the HolidayIn

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The air went out in room. The elevator was out. dead bugs on floor.

lovely hotel

relatively close to the chophouse, which is absolutely delicious and the manager was the one who told us about it. Everything was good there the room was extremely comfortable.

It was terrible.

The location

The bed had a huge blood stain on it. I took a picture of it and showed it to management and I was told that nothing could be done because they were booked for the weekend. The towels were not clean at all. My wife had to go to Walmart to purchase new towels. Neither tv worked and I notified them at the front desk and I was told that they would be sending up someone to fix it but the maintenance guy never showed up. During this time, this area was under a tornado warning and a tornado actually struck and caused damage and we couldn’t even follow the local news. My room was also infested with ants. My wife and daughter were bitten. I told the front desk and they offered to change my sheets. They didn’t even offer bug spray. I had to purchase it myself. It was a terrible experience.

Couldn't see out of the window just a brick ball the place was dirty the whole building stunk never again nobody showed up the cook breakfast the people at the front desk had to cook and handle the front desk and that's pretty much it

Breakfast was very sparse. No hot food

Facilities beat down. No feather pillows. TV broke. Many items broken.

Would never stay there again

The breakfast was good

The pool wasn’t open, the workout room was closed, the TV didn’t work when we got there, we had to wait all nite for it to work, no extra blankets, no extra towels.

My room was not ready at 3pm. I asked for a late check out just an hour because i had a 1 year old taking a nap and I was told no. They knocked on my door to clean even before it was time to check out. ✔️

Not accommodating and very misleading.

not much

pool wasn’t open. staff was having a personal altercation outside with scary person. couldn’t get a room til 530. way overpriced for the tiny room we were in. WAY OVERPRICED!!!

our stay for one nite was the worst we’ve ever had ; especially with the cost being increased.

the area was perfect: but cost for the way we were treated & no hospitality to correct the problem to make it better.

wasn’t clean as we’ve stayed there before….

The room smelled weird , the TV didn’t work , the phone didn’t work , I’d only got two towels when I got a double queen suite , the breakfast wasn’t ready …. for how much I paid and the name of the hotel that you actually expect something nice was really disappointing, I wouldn’t stay there again

Worst breakfast ever at any hotel I've ever stayed.

Better breakfast, Better bed with out holes in it, with the foot of the bed higher than the head. BAD stay. NOT HAVING TO MOVE TO HOTEL NEXTDOOR!!!!!

Left before breakfast

When I arrived I had to wait for the receptionist to finish her cigarette before I could begin checking in. The place looked more like an econo lodge than a Marriott property. Then I was told the pool was closed.

Took care of the necessities

The staff went out of their way to try and correct the mistake Booking.com made.

On the website, I selected that I needed a King bed with a pullout sofa. When I arrived they said the reservation was just a King bed. They were able to find a roll bed to bring into the room because there were no other rooms available. We were there for an event and all rooms were full. The website lead me to believe that my reservation was complete and correct for the person traveling with me. I was disappointed that it turned out not to be the case.

Rooms and furnishings are old and worn out. Elevators really needed cleaning. Better vacuuming through out was needed.

Felt dirty and smells in rooms were musty smelling

The employees were friendly and there was a lot at breakfast. Just ok on taste. The lady doing the breakfast was very efficient and welcoming.

This is definitely not a Marriott standard hotel. It is very outdated and was not clean. The carpets are stained just a not good smell at all in each of the 3 rooms we booked.

Beds were very comfortable. Room size good for the money. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

The pull out bed had blood stains on it. There were no other sheets or blankets for it. No extra pillows in the room. Seemed old snd run down. Not well taken care of. Pool did not work so it was closed.

I did like the convenience to be able to book another room. Front staff was great with assisting with that.

I wasn't able to check in on time. I also had to call for updates on the room, it seemed if I didn't call I would have waited longer to be able to check in. I had to go to my event and then leave to check into the hotel. To my understanding, the hotel was extremely understaffed. I understand the want to turn over the rooms quickly for the next guest, but being asked multiple times before check out time if we were leaving yet, was a little irritating.

Small place great stay

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the parking lot was small (didn't have to walk far to get to the hotel). The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. There was a mini fridge and microwave. Plenty of counter space in bathroom, plenty of plugs to charge phones and electronics. Cable tv and a hot breakfast was served. Limited options due to COVID.

There was only one option to sit aside from the bed. I personally think housekeeping should wear hair nets. I found shed hairs in the tub and sheets. I could tell that the room and linens were clean but found the hair off putting. I was able to get a set of new sheets and mattress pad.

Will not stay in this area again, and I will be back. I visit this area around Nashville often.

Good, many options.. The lady wasn't too friendly..

It was very worn and used room.. I got there early and didn't get into my room until 3:30. However, I will say I had asked for a room on my son's floor.. The area around us was very sketchy, we saw police several times in our immediate area.. As a woman I didn't really feel safe.
