Very poor

Room was a little dirty and had a smell. Bed was uncomfortable. When AC was on a bad smell came out

Overall a good place to stay in a great location.

Location was great. Amazing view.

A granola bar is not breakfast and shouldn’t be advertised as one. Maintenance on the place could be better.

It wasn't nearly as expected and disappointing.

The hotel room right by the pool.

No breakfast included like the website states, dirty linens, smell in the hallway and the receptionist on her cell phone every time we went to the desk for assistance.

We were offered an upgrade from Booking.com and accepted a room with a bridge view but they did not have one or couldn’t

Vicinity to bridge, town, ferry

Only one elevator at opposite end of hall from our room. Breakfast was poor. No hooves, not enough bars first day because a group took so many extras.

This was the worst hotel experience ever.

Nothing.

Everything was terrible. This was not as advertised. Photos were not accurate. Room was weird, dark, dirty, falling apart (lights, cabinets, etc.). It was terrible and I could not get my family out of there fast enough. Oh - and it was $200/night. Terrible.

When I booked this hotel it was sold to me under the fact that there was free breakfast in the morning. When we went down to receive the breakfast. The lady behind the counter said there was none and she could sell us a buy one get one free for down the street. No accommodations I showed her the email stating there was breakfast. She said there's nothing I can do come back later when the manager is in

The location was great and was right across from the park with the lighthouse museum with an excellent view of the bridge. Beds were very comfy. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The were just opening for their tourist season so no pool and no breakfast which was stated in the description.

Horrible room and staff

Room had spiderwebs and smelled like mildew. The beds were sunk in in the middle. The room looked like it was a $70 truck stop motel. The light didn’t work and there was absolutely no place to park on the property. The receptionist was in a hoodie and jeans and was not helpful and the evening supervisor was rude. I have made multiple attempts to contact the general manager but he does not have a direct line or voicemail and is never at this property when I call. I have never complained about a hotel before but this was a horrible experience and we ended up not staying here.

location to bridge, park and downtown Mackinac city. the staff was very friendly and helpful!

it was ok, just really needs some updating. Had problems with the lights. nice to have a table and chairs but not comfortable chairs, flat wooden chairs. it was nice to have a breakfast snack bag but it’s really nice to have something more substantial than a granola bar and bottle of water.

near the Mackinaw Bridge. walking in town

when booked I had a king room when I got the I didn’t. also no breakfast. They had only a grab and go bag consisting of an apple, protein bar and water. Being I’m diabetic it wasn’t a good choice for me. I did not get any kind of compensation.

The view of bridge

The fact there was no microwave in room. Had to walk outside in cold to go to pool. No breakfast only a granola bar. Come on covid is done. We pay for a breakfast we should get a breakfast otherwise give us some money back or do not charge as much for a night stay. Also we forgot an unopened box of food in fridge that no one called us about that we had forgotten. Would have been nice to get back.

pet rooms need cleaned better- there was an oder in the room as soon as we checked in- remove the carpet in pet rooms
