The water park is fun, my daughter is 9 and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The room was outdated, toilet was clogged when we arrived. Sheets appeared stained.

Location
Hotel is old and outdated. Price not anywhere near matches up the quality. I had to change room 3 times- mold in the bathroom. Ripped sheets, towels in the bathroom are grayish color from being old, chipped paint on the ceiling. Even my young kids commented that we should get a fabreeze to get rid of the smell in the room
AC control was broken. No way to change temperature in the room

The water park has two separate areas - something for everyone! We also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool!
Accessing tickets to swim at the pool required a 5 minute walk to the water park - probably could use a better system. The other things we noticed is that the staff were overly policing the lazy river. You had to have a float around your body at all times or they would blow their whistle at you. I know at great wolf lodge my husband and I would float around while the kids swam alongside us, but that was not allowed here.

Liked having a restaurant on site and arcade on
Really liked the view from our room and the beautiful tree outside the slider.
Loved the water park, the toddler area, the slides and the attention and care the lifeguards gave to the guests.
The pool area concession stand was so understaffed and the wait was very lengthy.

it was in convenient spot plenty of parking, would have been nice if all the attractions were open
half of the slides and water park were closed and it was the half my 15 and 17 year olds were looking forward to, We weren’t told it would be closed till we got there, then the front desk told us it was closed for the night for maintenance, during the 4 days and three nights we never saw any work being done, asked a life guard what was wrong and he didn’t know there was anything wrong, he was told it was shut down till sometime in February and management had kept telling us it would be running the next day every day! with no work being done to it, the facilities were why we stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights and paid more there than other places in the area for the facilities, if we had known that was the case we would have postponed the trip!

The pool was closed the whole weekend. Spend the whole weekend in a small lazy river packed with to many people. No one was watching on the slides kids were going up and down unattended. The hotel room was dirty. To expensive for the way the resort is. Pictures on the website deceitful not that way at all.

I had dirty pillow cases (blood and hair on 2 of them) instead of someone bringing me new ones I had to bring them to the front desk myself. This was an issue for me because I had an infant with me that was sleeping. Staff was no helpful.
