Went to the Ark Encounter after a restful night and had a wonderful day!

Clean, close to Ark Encounter

The bedding is clean, roomy showers, staff immediately found solutions for us when we needed to stay an extra 2 nights. Location is great, an easy, short drive to Ark Encounter.

It was ok. Not enough tables. Should go to 10 am for people on vacation.

100 % perfect.

The hotel was really neat and clean, the bathroom was clean as well. We would definitely stay again if traveling that way again. A bonus is they have complimentary cookies that are delicious and great coffee too.

Great hotel !!!!!!

Breakfast was good I really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable nice and updated!!!we booked six rooms and had no complaints at all the hotel staff was friendly and available for any needs or concerns.

At the end of our stay after I checked out, there was a charge for the room I stayed in when we had already paid. I called and left my name and number however my call was not returned. But the charge fell off so no harm no foul

We had a great stay and we expecially liked the large walk in shower! Thanks for being there!

The lady who took care of the Free Breakfast (Debbie), is worth gold to you folks! She was so uplifting and cheerful every morning. We actually hated to leave and not see her the next morning. But not to worry, we'll be back.

The only negative thing that was a bit irritating was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Every time we showered, the mirrors were dripping and had to be hand dried with a towel.

under construction so it was dirty, noisy, and fire alarms kept going off

Clean, comfy, friendly staff, and great breakfast.

Staff was very friendly when I phoned and in person. Two at the counter introduced themselves by name and said if we needed anything they’d be happy to help. We requested porta crib and brought it right away. Debbie, the breakfast concierge, was joyful and conversational and breakfast was great! When we first pulled in there were many containers in the premises and wondered if we’d have a negative experience but it was ver positive. Rooms clean and comfy! Areas we saw were pretty and looked great.

Everything great. Maybe in renovating add larger pool space and hot tub?

dogs in the hotel especially in the breakfast area where the food was served..don’t like staying where people have their pets bc most people aren’t clean with them, but when they bring them to the breakfast area the shouldn’t be allowed at all.

Dirty bedding. The extra blanket for the sofa bed had bed bugs. it was filthy. My wife and child are suffering from bed bug bites and rashes.

It was a very nice hotel

Everyone was nice, the hotel ending costing us an extra 90.00 I'm not sure why yet. I know the lady taking care of the food worked extremely hard and deserves congratulated. I was very disappointed our room was not cleaned after the 1st day there.
