Owners were nice and always provided us with the information we needed about the house. Cozy and comfortable inside and it is clean & sanitary. You can tell effort is put in so you have the best experience and stay possible

Lovely little cozy cabin with everything on hand one could wish for! The setting is most serene and beautiful, painting a gorgeous landscape out every window.

We had a great stay, so relaxing to be in the water, the house was cozy, had everything we needed. Easy to find and the host was very easy to work with, thanks so much for having us!!

We absolutely loved our long weekend at Sunny Days! This spot had everything we needed. We spent so much of our time relaxing on the deck looking out at the lake, kayaking, fishing and swimming. We met family of the owners who were staying nearby and they were wonderful neighbors. Sunny Days is very well loved and it shows! This is our second year visiting Mount Holly and we’re happy to now have our own memories. We can’t wait to come back. Peaceful is an understatement. Host and property manager were helpful, friendly and responsive.

Our family had a wonderful visit at LakeNinevah! The lake is so peaceful with the loons calling and clear water! We had an enjoyable experience. The host is super at communicating and the cabin was very clean. We were very pleased with everything.

Fabulous setting, great lake access with boats. Cozy home with great light and deck overlooking lake. Beautiful sunrises and loons calling throughout the day. Fireplace and grill and fire pit made for great grilling and s’mores. Plenty of room for the six of us. Host is responsive

This camp had everything! It was a rainy weekend so we stayed in and enjoyed the fire place! Covered porch was awesome, view of the mountains spectacular! We will be back hopefully to enjoy a sunny day fun.

Perfect home for a ski trip to Killinton and Okemo. Wonderful property on a big lake.

This property is in a wonderful area and completely peaceful. It was just what we needed. My only complaint is the heat is a bit wonky… bedrooms get very hot and need to have doors open yet tv room is cold… bring extra blankets for cuddling up there.
The supplies in the house, the cleanliness and the communication with the owner/ property manager was easy and wonderful.
Definitely would consider renting again!

The location was very quiet and quaint. Plenty of room for all! We found a lot of cobwebs and dust. All kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave, and fronts of cabinets) were splattered with old food. The fridge wasn't totally cleaned and we needed to wipe it down before placing items in it. We wiped down as much as we could, but there needs to be a deep clean of the house. We found plenty of water bottles under beds and behind dressers and on window sills behind curtains. (we brought dogs with us and lost dog toys and that is the reason we found most of these items). The ceiling fans had tons of dust as well as some of the wall hangings and can lights. It was a bit disappointing because it seems like it wasn't cleaned in detail.

Tom was great to work with, was very accommodating with logistics. The cabin itself is someone’s loved family summer cottage, I wouldn’t really call it a rental for the price we paid. It’s definitely lived in. Beautiful lake view. Lots of beds. Be aware of the 1 mile deep mud road to get to the cabin, you definitely need 4 wheel drive. I wish we had known that.

This dirt road funky rustic cabin on a gorgeous lake out in the woods complete with crooked floors was a perfect fit for us. We could get to the base lodge at Okemo in 15 minutes. We cooked every meal here and found the kitchen well equipped. The house heated up quickly, and the fireplace was amazing. There was plenty of firewood. Oh and if you like super cushy memory foam mattresses, you will love these beds :-) Overall it was a great four night stay in a beautiful remote setting.

We had a memorable Christmas ski vacation despite the challenges from the snowstorm. Owner Tom is a top-notch host who communicated constantly during the power outage. We were well cared for.
The rustic place is perfect for our family of six (it could easily fit a couple extra people), conveniently located about 10-minute drive Okemo, yet it is a world away from hustle and bustle of the busy slopes. I especially loved the expansive views of the lake.

Was looking for a peaceful couple of days after a stressful summer and fall. That is exactly what we had! The cabin is comfortable and had sufficient kitchenware to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. The only (very minor) suggestion I would make is to include a bathroom matt in the list of things to bring (to step onto when getting out of shower). Can't wait to go again when the weather is warm and can enjoy the lake.

We had a nice weekend. The place is older and needs some work but overall great stay. They did get a lot of rain before we arrived so the water line took out most of the beach area and the paddle boats had a lot of water in them. Host is very responsive and on top of things.

This was the perfect family getaway for our family with 2 older boys. Lovely, rustic family cottage! We enjoyed going out on beautiful Lake Nineveh with the paddle boat and kayaks provided with the cottage. The lake is clean with a Sandy bottom. The charcoal grill was perfect for meals. The kitchen is well stocked. We also enjoyed sitting by the campfire and looking at the stars. We only ate out once but we highly recommend The Rustic Rooster not far from the cottage, yum! Every morning I got up early to watch the sunrise across the lake, listen to the birds and the loons echoing across the lake. Watching the butterflies and hummingbirds in the yard was another favorite for me. My husband preferred relaxing in the den in the comfy recliner overlooking the lake, he could watch tv AND look at the lake! There is another cottage right next door but no one was there while we were there so it was extra private and quiet! We hope to return next year!

Great location! Very quiet. Would be nice to upgrade the grill but we learned how to cook over the open fire. Everyone have fun!

We weren’t at the cottage much - really just at night and in the morning. Had all the basics that you need for a stay. Nice spot for dog walks.

We went for a ski weekend in December and had a great stay. It was 45 degrees and sunny on Friday and then turned cold and had 8 inches of snow all day Saturday and into Sunday morning. The place was plowed and roads cleared by 7 am to get to the slopes Sunday morning by 8 am. The house was cozy with the fireplace and heater going. The view of the lake was great. We saw a few people ice fishing Sunday morning at 7 am .
Tom was great with communicating any concerns which we did not have any throughout the weekend. The place was only 10 minute ride to Jackson Gore and Okemo ski resort.
We definitely would stay again.

Wonderful weekend getaway. House had everything we needed, beds were comfy. Lake views can’t be beat. So peaceful…

Rustic. Fit our ends for what is was except window sills and all the interior accessories need a good cleaning. I had to sweep the deck and entry room upon arrival as there were lots of grass clippings and leaves and we didn’t want to track them into the house. Locks on some of the doors (bedroom with bunk beds and main entrance door to the house) should be addressed. No cell service was a nuisance. All this being said, we loved the lake view!

This is a family cottage that clearly shows TLC over the years. There is such a sense of loving-care over the years. I felt like we had travelled back in time, and could enjoy the quiet, slow-moving life of our childhood. A delightful sense of authenticity!
