For the price an excellent value

Room was spacious and very clean. Furniture was new with a modernist feel.

The internet was spotty.

The room was clean and comfortable, no complaints was on par for value facility.

The breakfast was definitely the low point of my stay. First morning@8:30 I went in for breakfast and there was no meat, and only very small portion of stale looking eggs, apples, Cold cereals, 1 muffin, and a couple slices of white bread, along with makings for waffles. Coffee & juice dispenser, a couple cups yogurt. I looked in area marked staff only but saw no one present. Got me a cup of coffee and sat down to drink it. After a few minutes a staff person came in, I asked if breakfast was over, and was advised it was in other room which I acknowledged but informed her there wasn’t anything left, to which she advised it would only be a minute, she went and found attendant and had them refill eggs and sausage, I got me a plate with eggs and sausage but sausage was not edible, looked to have been in heating enclosure beyond reasonable time. I ate eggs and left. I went back second day, there was both eggs and sausage available and though looked fresher, I again chose not to finish the piece of sausage I had taken, the eggs were ok at best. This was the poorest example of breakfast buffet I have encountered in my memory.

Sorry I put what I didn’t like above as the question mentioned breakfast, the facility was clean and appeared well maintained with again the exception of breakfast area was not stocked nor as clean as it should/could have been.

Liked it mostly, im handicapped and cant walk far, but when my key didnt work they wanted me to walk down to tgem.

Service animals denied.

It was a clean hotel in a convenient area at a reasonable price.

The young man at the front desk was extremely rude regarding my service dog, told me my dog was not a service dog and demanded to see proof, which is against the law, I emailed the front desk a little bit of information regarding service animals and I was told that I was unable to renew my stay and that I had to leave that moment. My stay was great with the exception of this young man's attitude and harassment. I tried explaining that my vehicle had been stolen and in the vehicle was her service gear and IDs, I could not get a word in with this man, I even tried explaining that he could look her information up online but he was completely unreasonable. they kept my $50 deposit because he didn't believe my animal was a service animal. I would love to go back to this hotel but I was told I was no longer welcome, I was not rude in any way shape or form to this man I did not raise my voice, I did not argue, and I still don't understand why he was so unreasonable. I would not recommend this hotel if you have a service animal.

Other than food and maid, we will stay again.

Comfortable, convenient, front desk exceptional

Breakfast was a very minimal full breakfast. Bananas were cold not room temp and to ripe. No pepper just salt. Sausage to done and microwaved. Comfortor torn. 3rd floor smelt like smoke. Ice machine not working. Also, maid knocked on our door, even though Do Not Disturb sign was on door telling us we need to check out at 11am while it was 10am. Saying she needed to clean room.

the room itself wasn’t bad but the staff was not courteous

we was there for the whole weekend and did not see any house keeping staff until we checked out on Sunday. we had asked for new towels since Saturday morning and front desk say they will send house keeping but they never showed up. we told the front desk clerk about our issues when we checked out but they did not seem caring nor concern. VERY disappointed.

It was OK, probably would not recommend

Walking down the hallway to my room , I could smell Marijuana. Although once we got to the room and shut the door the smell went away. Also, roaches were seen crawling in the rest room when being used during the night. No running water at the time of check-in, but was working once we returned to room.

Room was disgusting with moldy curtains and stained bed/sheets. Outside was run down and it had a bad smell and was hot so we didn’t even stay once we went to our room we looked at it and checked right back out

convenient location

Room was not clean at all. Hair found in both beds, and stains on comforter and pillows. gunk on multiple walls. big greasy spot on the head board. Hadn’t been vacuumed at all, little pieces of trash all over the floor, etc. I had to go buy sanitizing spray just to feel comfortable enough to actually spend the night

Smell of nursing home!! chair in room was old creaky and to sketchy to sit in. outside door wouldn’t let you in with key (tried day and night) there was unpainted Sheetrock and tape and bed. figured was old and rusty. hardly any water pressure.
