Toilet seat was loose, shower floor with slippery and there was nothing to hold on to. Curtains was torn out at hem in one place, carpet seemed dirty like it had not been shampooed for a while. Headboard was noisy whenever you turned over in bed. The closet door magnets fell off when we open the door. It was just not what we expected and we will not be staying there again. I found the staff not to be very friendly. I felt like a couple of girls behind the counter made me feel like we put them out by just being there.

There were never any employees at front desk or anywhere. Bed comfortable, breakfast ok.
Hotel is just old and rundown. Needs makeover remodel desperately. Many homeless people staying there or sleeping in van outside front door. Felt unsafe.

Most things, close to a steak house, gas station and convenience store
The toilet was only about 18 in high, the counter tops were only about 24 in high. If you are a a little person, it will be perfect for you, but if you are 6ft 2 in tall, like I am, it is really weird, I felt like I was a giant and even the bed was low.

They gave our room away and when we tried to check in they didn't have a room available. We had prepaid for this room too. It was extremely frustrating because we ended up having to drive around and go to several other hotels until we finally found one with a room available,
they only had a king size bed available so I had to share a bed with my stepson and it cost me $100 more for the night. Extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

It was convenient of the wedding venue. The beds were comfortable.
The rooms were very gloomy. I got no response when calling the front desk. The curtains were quite dirty. The room had many handicap amenities (big door to bathroom, grab bars, etc) but was on the second floor with no elevator.

Good location for everything we wanted to do connected with the wedding we were attending. Bed was comfortable.
Curtains were not clean. Some t.v. channels did not have sound. Message light on phone would not stop blinking.

It was the closest hotel to the Byrnes Performing Arts center where we needed to be for a competition.
When we got to our room, the bathroom wreaked of marijuana! My 12 year old daughter got an instant headache. Plus there was a man down the hall with a dog off leash that scared her. We asked to be moved to a different room but she said none were available and they’d try to air it out. It was disappointing to say the least. When we were leaving to go to the competition the front woman said could move us to room 100.

We were not able to stay for breakfast. This was due to time. Restraints.
location and due to prior stays, I knew it would be what we expected.

friendly. The only things wrong was they should have told the guest when the water went off. I had no idea and had to call them.
The carpets were dirty, location not the greatest, the water was off when we went to get get ready for the event we attended.

The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. It was located with easy access to freeway, roads and businesses.
Our key card worked for just 2 nights so we were locked out of our room and no one was at the desk. The staff was accommodating but not friendly. We left a card asking for trash removal but it wasn’t picked up until the next day (day 3). We had to go looking for facial tissue. There was loud bass music noise and motor revving noise in the early hours of the morning (2-3 am). (The gold parking was just below our window.) We had no hot water Monday morning for showers.

Very pleasant staff, great price for our King room. Very clean and comfortable room. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice big fluffy towels. Good breakfast and late check out. We will definitely stay here again as well as refer our family and friends. Thank you Quality Inn.
There’s nothing I didn’t like.

Quality Inn, Arlington. (I stayed 1 night while on a long solo bike tour). I had 2 queen beds in a spacious room on ground floor. Space for two bikes, three at a squeeze. Okay to have bikes in room. I paid $98 including taxes and fees. Room had a coffee machine, large flat screen TV, small microwave, midsize refrigerator, sink in main room with large flat surface, adjustable height chair, very fast internet (100 Mbps). The lobby had free decaf/ regular coffee, and regular/sugar free hot cocoa 24 hours, and free continental breakfast starting at 6:00 a.m.
Pros: Comfortable room except for the issues discussed below. Friendly and helpful staff. I liked having 24 h coffee and tea.
Cons: This hotel was inferior to the Quality Inns at which I've stayed in the past. There were four mechanical issues with my room #107. These I discussed with the manager prior to my departure. One was that the adjustable high chair had collapsed. They replaced this for me. Another was that the sink stopper would not stay down in the hole. This I fixed myself by climbing underneath the sink and tightening the seal nut. The noisy bathroom fan I could not fix. It was obnoxious. This would have disturbed my next door neighbor when I took a shower at 5:30 a.m. this morning. The latch on the sliding window was missing a screw and therefore did not work, so the room had poor security.
I felt the room was overpriced. The hotel staff should have a list of things to check before a room is rented, especially at such a price. The Econolodge (Ellensburg) and Red Lion (Yakima) at which I stayed after Memorial Day weekend cost 30% less and had nicer rooms.

The Breakfast was okay/ healthy... even though breakfast meat wasn’t available... I understood the reason why.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were professional and kind. It was a quiet area and the location is beautiful. Overall a great experience
The wifi was slow sometimes but overall stayed pretty up to par. A DVD player would have been amazing to have as the tv channels werent the greatest.
