I liked everything, the staff was very helpful when my birthday balloons floated to the top of the 20 foot ceiling. Whatever we asked for, we were able to receive. The staff was very helpful ☺️
I was disappointed that the balcony was not open

The staff was very friendly and professional Brianna kept me informed of events. The property is beautiful and clean. It sits in a great location across from the beach. We really enjoyed the pool thaty was the most beautiful place to relax. The rooms are big and very nice

Lady at front desk didn't understand my request and put us in a room next to the ice maker. We heard that all night. The pool was beautiful but a little worried about a duck family in the pool because of hygiene.
The room could have been better and the hotel layout is crazy. The only way out of hotel is through pool area or garage.
Very confusing layout and when we asked an employee he said he didn't know how to get to the office. Poorly trained staff.

the pool, the location, the landscaping, the layout of the rooms
loud!! thin walls!! could hear everything going on, or being said outside the rooms…especially the annoying loud “clackety-clack” of either the luggage racks or,cleaning carts, or rolling luggage

The pool and hot tub.
The windows didn't have screens in them, so you either deal with the insects or have the air on.

Room was comfortable, It felt like home.
Walls are a little thin, so I can hear things going on in the room beside me.

Was close to beach. Room was Ok. There are lots pools and other activities if you want to participate.
Needs some updating and repairs. The room we stayed in head whole in ceiling above the bathtub.

Room was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Location was very good even though it was not on the ocean.
The check in process seemed overly long. The person checking me in was very good - efficient and courteous and helpful but the process seemed to take a longer time than most other hotels.

arrived at resort room was not ready was sent to parking garage and was told to sit by indoor pool area and wait for email stating room was ready, in parking garage where there was a strong odor of cannabis ( weed), that caused me to have a flare of my asthma, was looking for entrance into building was met by an employee who would not let us in because we did not have a room key we told him we were told to wait for our room by the indoor pool was advised that the facility did not have an indoor pool. went back to desk and was then asked “ who gave us that information?” we replied who ever was working in the garage. we were then told that the indoor pool was located across the street at another hotel. we walked there and had a hard time entering facility due to the building was under construction. finally got in and sat by the pool for an hour. we then decided to walk back to the Turtle cay when receptionist said “ your room is ready” she did not email ( like she said she would) to let us know the room was busy. had to walk down to desk at 800pm due to excess loud hollering and people attempting to get in our room by the adjoining door. was told by receptionist that nothing could be done until “ quite time “ that starts at 10pm. called down to desk to inquire about vending machines was sent to one half way around facility that the machine was completely sold out. walked to desk and employee walked with us to another machine which was 3 steps down from our room that had items.

the property room are large with full kitchens the office staff is nice
they are dated carpet could definitely use a good clean, the elevator was down, keys did not initially work, and the pool that is advertised for next door is very very small, I had a double suit which is two rooms my mom who is handicap was allowed to park in the handicap space. check in is 4 and out at 10 there late and early check in are the normal times for most hotels. my jacuzzi tub was dirty on arrival and there was no soap in bathroom and dirty dishes in the dishwasher and left over party stuff taped to the hall wall. I’ve previously stayed and had mild complaints but never posted a review I’ve been to this hotel a couple times it definitely needs an update and new housekeepers.

the bathroom was amazing and the fireplace was perfect
the check out time and the elevator was broken Upon my arrival but was fixed shortly afterwards it was probably due to the cold weather wow on my stay Some water pipes had busted causing the fire alarm to go off for at least an hour which is a little inconvenient but other than that it was OK
