Magical stay at a beautiful hotel, thank you!

Room was clean, very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view. Staff was excellent, very efficient and kind. Wonderful location with an awesome staff, we had a wonderful stay, hope to come back in the future!

The shower caddy conditioner bottle was empty, wish I had some conditioner when washing my hair.

Hotel is great, booking.com not so much.

The hotel is nice, modern and clean. The staff is wonderful. When we arrived, I mentioned that it was our anniversary and we received a complimentary fruit and cheese plater plus a bottle of champagne. Location is amazing, even though some businesses around are in need of TLC. We loved sitting by the beach. Since the hotel is a resort, you get complementary chairs and umbrellas by the beach, love it!

The only thing I was no so happy was the price, is a bit high. And if you are planning on going to this hotel, don’t use booking.com. The customer service of booking.com is horrible! The price went down after a week since I made the reservation. I contacted customer service and asked for a price match. They gave me 3 times the same copy and paste and response and ignore me.

Location - next to the beach. Clean rooms.

Swimming pool was small and very dirty, rooms are to small for family, there is no a cosy space to sit with friends in the evening apart from the bar with not the most nicest personnel.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Great location, cute shops, restaurants & beach close by.

The rooms was nice - we had a great ocean view from the top floor with a balconette. Rooms were cleaned perfectly -

The pillows were terribly uncomfortable and they did not provide enough of the extras like q-tips etc. They provide a coffee pot but no cream or sweetner. I made a cup of coffee but had to pour it out because there was nothing to put in it.

Right on the beach. Access to free chairs and umbrellas was a great plus.

Parking is expensive. $25 daily to valet and self parking is $20 with a lot not so close. No microwave in the room or self service laundry. No free breakfast or add on available. Elevators small.

Great hotel across from Deerfield Beach

The location of the Wyndham Deerfield Beach is excellent,, right across the street from the beach. The air conditioning in the room worked well and the small frig kept items cold. We enjoyed Burger Craze and the Patio Bar and Grill. The staff was helpful and it was nice to have beach chairs, lounges, and a beach umbrella.

it was close to the beach and I loved the staff!!! everyone there was very nice, helpful and accommodating to all of our needs😀 The hotel staff was great with the kids and the hotel is very family friendly. Burger Craze food is amazing and reasonable. The patio bar and grill food was great but very pricey.

the rooms are very small, the coffee in the room has powdered creamer and they offer complimentary purified water instead of spring water. the pool is only open until 9, it would be nice to have it open later so the kids could swim after dinner.

Enjoyable week at the Deerfield Beach Wyndham

Our corner room was beautiful with views overlooking the ocean and pier. Housekeeping did a really nice job. Although the weather was poor during our stay we were still able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and accommodating including the front desk valet parking and restaurant staff. The restaurant was also really good

The pool bar was not open during our stay at all. It was very difficult to get drinks while hanging out at the pool. Also, there were three days that were complete rainouts in the beach services were unusable. However, the hotel still insisted on charging the resort fee during those days when resort services were not available. I thought this was unfair

Good enough, false advertising on some things, wouldn't stay again

1. Location was wonderful - very close to beach and restaurants but not crazy crowded like WPB or Ft Lauderdale 2. Rooms were kept VERY clean and housekeeping came every day (lot of hotels don't do that anymore since "covid") 3. Beach recliners, umbrellas, and beach towels are free as advertised The view was really great for the ocean view room but not worth the extra cost in my opinion

1. The size of the room is much smaller than pictured - definitely pay attention to the square footage listed. Not spacious at all for a Wyndham. 2. Pool was small and the cabanas they show off in pictures? $40 each for the day. Even to hotel guests. 3. They do not bring drinks and food to you on the beach even though they advertise that service EVERYWHERE 4. The balcony is a Juliette balcony - just enough space for 2 adults to stand on. Still better than nothing but it was disappointing because I did not see that detail on their listing and it was half the reason we upgraded to the nicer room. 5. Shower leaked a lot -had to use 2-3 towels ever time you shower to soak up the water that leaked unto the floor

Pleas make your beautiful hotel/beach more accessible.

The location and staff were wonderful and the room and hotel were very clean. It was nice having a table and two chairs and a tall reading lamp in the room. We loved the big windows, swimming in the sea and the benches along the sidewalk and the proximity to the pier. Its place would come back to if I was traveling with young people.

I was traveling with my 92 year old aunt. She is very sharp and with the help of a walker, very mobile. While she loved our visit to Deerfield Beach- especially the view from the room, the wonderful, friendly staff (and welcome glass of champagne!) and the benches along the sidewalk that look out at the sea, we found ourselves missing the inclusiveness that we found at the Sanibel Inn. We found the music that was sometimes played in the Deerfield Beach hotel restaurant to be too loud for us. The beach sand was very soft- if there was a board walk that took us to the area with the chairs and umbrellas, it would have been wonderful to help an older person experience the beach, or if there was a "beach wheelchair"- it would have let my aunt have a beach experience. The room was advertised to have a balcony. We thought it would be something my aunt could sit outside on and enjoy the view of the water and sounds of the waves. While it was amazing to have large windows and one that opened to enjoy the view through, it was not the same as a true balcony. And last- while we loved the many handicapped rails in the bathroom, the tub itself is very hard for a senior to get in and out of. The benches along the sidewalk were terrific, but were exposed to the sun during most of the day. A covered area along the edge of the hotel with multiple benches would have been wonderful.
