Never again will I stay there!!!!

They gave our room to someone else after we had called far enough advance to let them know that we were going to be real late, but we are on our way. The motel didn't look like it had been vacuum in a month, the bed at best was between queen and fullsize mattress was like sleeping on a F""cking rock. Then I had to park my truck with a car carrier across the street at Home Depot and my other car too. In my opinion I should be refunded for my stay.

Will not stay here again.

Good location

Checked into room and it smelled like cigarette smoke so we had to change rooms. No shampoo or conditioner in room - no amenities. Rooms dirty.

Great morning coffee!

Being on an oxygen concentrator, which is heavy, a ground floor room would have been nice not one on the third floor. The Wi-Fi, though free, was horrible. In order to get fresh towels, the soiled ones placed the hall were replaced by a bundle.

We wanted an inexpensive, clean place to stay close to the shops. It was all that.

It was close to the freeway and the water park, so it worked out well for our family.

The outside looked well kept. The room was clean.

The bed looked disheveled and not well made. The pillows were not good quality. We were disappointed in the room considering we paid almost $200 for one night.

My room was next to the ice machine and it was annoying during the night but If I’m tired I sleep easy so it wasn’t a big deal for me but in case someone has troubles sleeping with noises,that would be a problem.

Probably was trying to save too much money. Probably will not use Motel 6 again.

Booked with hot tub and pool in mind. Water was so heavily chlorinated I did not use it. Staff was great Room was clean. Towels were clean, heater worked well and quiet. Bed was acceptable, but could have offered an additional blanket. Probably should have asked for one since I shut off the heater to avoid runny nose. (see below)

Curtain would not fully close on main window. Window was hazed over and needed washed. Room was disinfected/deodorized with objectional smell. Aired out room and helped. However, when heater was turned on my nose immediately began to run. Possibly airfilter needed changed? Tub would not drain well while showering. 2 inch deep in water. Heat bulb in ceiling burned out.

The hallways smelled. The ice in the ice machine tasted funny. Our key cards wouldn't work on the side doors to get in building.

Disappointed

Staff was very kind and helpful.

Bedspreads were horrible had stains all over them on both beds. Heater wasn't working properly and the TV quit working. I know enough not to go on the pictures the website posts but our room was a bit shy of what the booking picture showed. Definitely need to replace the bedspreads.

Overall, our stay was short and quick and booked last minute so for that I give this place a thumbs

We loved that this place took in locals whether it be with cash or card. And the hot tub was actually hot. 👌

I think our only complaint (and it was my daughter who was upset) was because there wasn't a fridge or microwave to heat up her nuggets.

Exceptional

Once again I've got to give kudos to the front desk clerk 👍👏. It's so unfortunate that I can't remember her name so she can be recognized before she moves to Seattle.

Our room didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave and we paid the same price for the room that had them prior. All rooms should have them both and maybe a coffee maker.

So I don't know if you have training for your front desk clerks but again I was very pleased. Different lady this time but same results. I believe her name was Miracle . Outstanding job👍👍

The pool was closed for reasons unknown. Granted the great front desk clerk looked into it for us it was still a bummer

Exceptional

We checked-in really late and the check-in process was really simple and quick which was great because my wife and I were very tired and to be honest a little cranky. So kudos to the front desk clerk that night, it's a shame she is moving to Seattle . You guys are going to lose a great employee.

Our heater stopped working in the morning.

Disappointing

It looked like the room had just been checked out of. Bedsheets were in a pile on the floor with only a towel covering the mattress. I wasn't sure they had even been washed.
