Pool n hot tub only improvement could be that the hit tub be a little warmer and jets stronger. I like that breakfast was offered for small fee but have an option for continental breakfast complimentary.
The room tv was choppy and not always clear. Toilet didnt flush completely it took three or four flushes.

Location to my medical facility I was attending for the week
Unclean. There was what I believe to be pink mold piles in my heat/ac vent. I became sick with upper respiratory infection which negatively impacted my entire reason of being there. For a intensive rehab program for a head injury. I tried to inform manager few times. But I encountered front desk staff that did not speak English well enough to understand that I was asking for manager. When I finally spoke to manager he said he would look into this and walked away from me. A nice front office staff that I first reported this to changed me to another room and told me to ask from manager. Nick, was a manager that was kind, but referred me to his manager upon seeing the photos.
Unfortunately, this place was not clean. And there seemed to be no concern about exposing their clients to possible mold. I spent a lot of money for a medical procedure that was negatively impacted by my upper respiratory infection. And sadly the room had another paying customer that week. I know this as there was the do not disturb sign hung on door at times in mornings. I was moved one room over.
The photo that is zoomed in was room 1206 heater vent with what I believe to be pink mold. Next photo is room 1208 with a normal heater vent with no pink stuff inside.

Pool & Hot tub
Smelled like weed, one of the elevators didn’t work & front desk needed more help

Brad in the restaurant was awesome
James at the front desk was great
Nick the manager worked hard to make things right.
Room was not clean when we checked in.
Bed was adequate.
When I booked it showed complimentary breakfast. Front desk insinuated that I was lying about and then that what was on your site was not their obligation.
That`s fine as I will try not to use either in the future

The room was very small. It seemed like the two beds were in a space much too small for them as one had to be pushed up against the wall. There seemed to be a large event of some kind going on and there was no time in the night where it was quiet. We had to call the front desk twice to tell our neighbors to turn off their music at 11 and 11:30 pm. There was screaming and partying and the walls were shaking as well as the glasses in our room from the music. There was also a very strong smell of marijuana that irritated our whole family's throats. There were people running up and down the halls during the night and doors slamming constantly. The loud music turned back on at 4 AM so we barely got any sleep. The bathroom was very small as well and the toilets flushed very loudly and were heard through both adjacent rooms and from the room above us.

Location was good for what I was looking for.
The room we were placed in had a terrible thermostate. The heater constantly would go out in the middle of the night. It would get below 50 degrees. Plus the breeze coming througg the windows made it feel even cooler. We had children in this room. It continued both nights, or anytime we left the room.
Also we asked for bedding for the sofa bed. The bedding was left in the hallway with no knock. The only bedding given was a brown blanket of some sort and a pillow. No sheets. No comforter. There was garbage in the sofa bed when we opened it. I am so upset. We paid for this and it was just a horrible experience.

Comfy. Room
Lack of maintenance of the pool, no complimentary breakfast. Entire stay just feel much more overpriced than what I think it's worth.

This was the best stay I have had in my adult life. I was traveling along with three children, and I felt safe and secure everywhere. The pool side room was very nice and handy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but great thing of all was the kindness and professionalism from the whole staff. I will be staying here every single time I return to the area!

The room was spacious and temperature was easy to control manually. Checking in was the fastest check in ever. Easy to find the room. View was gorgeous. Nice and quiet.
Manager reached out prior to reservation and said they could make my anniversary memorable by adding rose petals and champagne to the room. But he went on vacation and forgot. Front desk had no notes and didn't feel bad at all. Knobs on jacuzzi popped off when turned on, and there wasn't a hair blow dryer. Called down to request one and never got it. Sent husband down to get it & was told someone would deliver it "sometime." (Because that helps when you have wet hair.)
