I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

STAFF WAS EXCELLENT AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THEY OFFER A HOT BREAKFAST (BETTER THAN MOST HOTELS WITH THEIR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST)

THE ONLY THING A LITTLE OFF WAS HOUSEKEEPING EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD. YOU NEED TO CATCH THE BREAKFAST EARLY , IT DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE RE-STOCKED WELL. HOUSEKEEPING DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE "DO NOT DISTURB" TAG ON THE DOOR HANDLE., AND THEY NEED TO BE A LITTLE MORE CAREFUL AROUND YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS LIKE MY LAPTOP.

It was a good place to sleep after a long day at the beach.

Breakfast was good. The place was clean. The pool looked clean and nice but didn't have time to get in. It's a place to sleep after a long day at the beach....

I needed extra pillows but because they were booked they didn't have extra pillows. The pictures can be misleading. Makes you feel like it was a little more upscale. But it's a clean motel.

Great staff. Great breakfast. Good for the price.

Location and breakfast great. Staff great.

Toilet would not flush. Had to flush it like 6 times just after urinating. Shower didn't drain so stood in 4 to 5 inches of water every night. Notified front desk.

Good!

The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast options were hot and different each day; options include scramble eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. Also, some fruits. Friedly staff, and willing to help. Good relation value and quality.

If you are looking for a family friendly, safe place, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The room was bad, flies, no alarm clock, bathroom door didn't shut, no safe. The front desk checked us in, knowing there were 3 people staying in the room and there left us towels for two people. We called and went down to the front desk to ask for more towels and were told that housekeeping was gone for the day and they had no way to get us more towels. We requested more towels for the next day, and same thing, towels for two. The pool is supposed to be stocked with pool towels and there were never towels there. When we called and asked for towels at the pool, staff brought 4, no more, ever!! The toilet paper was not restocked when the room was cleaned, when I called for toilet paper, I was told me to come to get it downstairs, what a complete joke!! The only thing I liked was the free breakfast every morning, it was a nice layout and many options. The pool was never cleaned, dead bugs everywhere & weave floating around, lots of it!!

Most of the people who were there while we stayed were people who were living there, People left empty glass beer bottles in the parking lot, smoking weed every where.

Memorable in a bad way.

The room and staff were fine, no problems. Room was clean and location very convenient for red-eye flight next day.

Unfortunately, the staff/hotel did not or was not able to control partiers around the pool after 10 pm. They were arguing, shouting, playing loud music, etc. They quieted briefly when someone complained, then started up again. We had an early flight and it was too late to change rooms. No sleep and had to be up at 4:30 am for flight. Do NOT book rooms near the pool if you need to sleep!!

Did not stay. One of the staff very friendly. A former USN vet and went above and beyond. This place has potential

We found cockroaches in the room. I went to the front desk and waited over 15 minutes for the night desk clerk to come in from outside to address the concern. Did not offer a full refund. Buyer beware!

short stay okay, affordable..

Price and breakfast was good. beds were clean, washroom clean, room clean. mini fridge. was cool to swim in the pool and watch the planes fly overhead, kids loved that part. I thought it would be loud beside the airport but it was fine. I don’t think there’s much action at the airport at night.

We killed a big cockroach crawling up the wall in the morning, that completely turned us off. otherwise we would have been happy. The door did have a huge crack we noticed just at bedtime so we placed a towel at the door stop. zip your bags up at night.

Front desk staff very polite and refunded half my request promptly without question or delay; based on conditions should have received full refund. Checked out without staying after seeing room.

It's a motel not hotel, all exterior room entrances. Lobby smells. The room's desk chair had what appeared to be chocolate stains on back rest. Couch was old had stains. Bug ran across floor when light turned on. Floor trim tiles old, mismatched poor attempt to update or fix and where bug ran through opening which is the only reason why I noticed it. Bathtub had stains or missing ceramic in middle and up the side. That was enough for me after a long day of travel and an important meeting next day where sleep was a must. I wasn't comfortable staying and checked out.

Very good

Rooms were clean and smelled good. Nice size rooms, comfy beds. Nice hot and cold breakfast. Staff super nice.

Nothing to bad, was told the pool was heated, but it was freezing in sunny 78°. Could've used a bigger tv in the room.

Decent

The staff were nice. When I needed the maintenance man for an issue, he came in and did the job. Didn't see any more issues.

The ants still coming in the room somehow. It makes me itch when I know there's something crawling in the room.

I asked for a different checkout date was told I had to contact booking contacted them was told it’s the properties responsibility went back they told me no then magically they were able to 5 seconds later don’t know whether they are just lazy or lying to get me to stay longer but regardless shame on your staff

Flight coming into PIE Clearwater/St Pete was delayed so needed quick place to stay. close to airport was good

room was clean & bed was comfy

outside walkways were very dirty, food outside the doors, partiers late into night (after 2 am)

Great place to stay for the price.

I loved the location, restaurants and pharmacy nearby, price, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast and room in front of the pool so I could watch my granddaughter.

The bathroom walls need a little cleaning, past presence of mold on bathroom door and mold on bathroom ceiling (really bad).

the location is great in the middle of everything however the hotel itself needs a lot of love

it was around several restaurants

my room was very dirty stuff on the walls air conditioner and toilet made loud noises couldn’t sleep because of it, there were cigarette butts everywhere outside
