Besides the bed, and tub it was over priced, and the deposit is just ridiculous when they don’t plan on giving it back

The bed was soft and the tub was big

That I booked a smoking room, and I didn’t get my deposit I made back. We didn’t mess up the room we left everything how it was when we first got there. And they won’t respond to my contacting them about my deposit. On my fiancés debit card it said it was processed, completed, and it is not pending

It wasn’t clean and smelled of smoke.

There were stains on the pillow cases and sheets, smoke was coming through the bathroom vent and I had a non smoking room. I have breathing issues and I’m on oxygen and all I could smell was smoke. I complained to front desk and all they did was put duck tape over the vent and it didn’t help. The door to the room kept getting stuck when we tried to leave and had to use a lot of force to open it. It was 80 degrees the day we checked in and the air was not on in the room which made it unbearable for the first few hours of my arrival. Everything was dirty, I had to buy disinfectant wipes and wipe the whole room down.

The only thing I liked was the Clark she was very nice. And told me she was sorry.

There was no breakfast . The beds only had sheets on it. There was no towels or bath clothes. The shower didn't work. The window had a Crack down it. The sheets had holes in them. There was Bruns on the wooden table. The coffee pot in the room didn't work.

the door didn’t touch the floor there was a gap of about 2 inches so anything could crawl in the room . the bed had holes from cigarettes even though the room was smoke free . the bed sheets weren’t clean. the sink didn’t drain , the shower didn’t drain . this place has people walking around all hours of the night . people also live here . it’s like a motel . not the Howard Johnson

There is no trash cans in the room The tub has a very slow drain so when you take a shower it’s like taking a bath at the same time

Nice staf decent price but could be better

The staff was great

there was no mention of deposit when we booked and then our non smoking room smelled like smoke, there was a condom wrapper in the bathroom, the king nonsmoking room was supposed to have a couch and it didn’t. There was supposed to be continental breakfast and there wasn’t that either

probably won't be staying there again due to maintenance and food issues.

location, quietness and staff where nice.

refrigerator door wouldn't completely close ( lacked about 1/4" ), shoe mold was hanging loose from wall in a couple places. 3 to 4 feet in each place. No coffee or breakfast. Only 2 wash clothes for first 2 nights.

the rooms are trash. Stains looking like blood on the curtains and stained sheets. on one of the beds the fitting didn’t stay on. the furniture was leaning. the first room tv didn’t work. they moved me that rooms tv remote only had one battery.

convenient location to the Greensboro Stadium . the shuttle was a definite plus . The bed was very comfortable .
