I was very disappointed in my stay at Red Roof Inn, from the facilities to the Customer Service, this Red Roof Inn is no

I booked the king spa suite to use the hot tub, due to my suffering from severe abdominal pains. The spa jets barely worked, I couldve farted in the tub and got as many if not more bubbles! Then the TV didnt work... No picture.. No Sound!!! The Wifi was sometimey... in and out, and I have AT&T and have had no issues elsewhere. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was instead offered a refund if I was willing to check out... it was 10pm at nite! Really?!? Then I was advised the Manager would be in in the morning. The Manager came in and denied any issues w Wifi, despit the pics i showed him of my phone not able to get service. The manager then said he understood because the tv wasnt working and that I would be refunded via Booking . com. Well, Im still waiting on my refund!!! My next plan of action will be to write a letter to corporate.

The lady in the front was rude when giving us an room, and when I asked her to changed rooms because I didn’t want my daughter in a room that smelled like someone smoked 100 cigs in there. I changed rooms and that room smelled horrible too, like cigs and weed. We changed rooms again for the 3rd time and that room smelled bad of cigs too. I I had to go out and buy freeze and air freshener. It still didn’t help much. The toilet seat was stained with something black and blue on it, the bed sheets had holes in them as if someone put a cig out on them. The beds were uncomfortable. There no light really, the wifi and tv don’t work. Then on time to check out we were packing up our stuff and worker comes banging on the door saying check out time when it was 10:20am we had plenty of time. She came back every 10 minutes. It was as if she was trying to kick us out. We left at 10:45am and as we were walking out the lady said oh y’all are finally leaving. We told her lady look it’s not even 11 yet we got 15 mins. And she said I don’t care. The staff is rude as fuck. And here’s an idea if y’all don’t want people to smoke, charge them a fee if the room smells like smoke so other people don’t get upset when they bring there children with them. Do better.

I was happy to find a room late at night. Another hotel I booked would not let me stay.

The facility was open late at night (early morning) and I was able to book a room despite traveling late into the night.

I was placed in a smoking room but I asked for a non-smoking room. I was moved from a double bed room to a room with one bed. This room had an ashtray and the smell wasn't the greatest.

Bed comfortable. Location was great.

Bathroom old and small. Microwave was broken. No coffee maker. Place needs updating. Not much grass for our dog to do her business.

Ask for non smoking got smoking. Found a roach in one room. And a dead bug of some sort in the other. Beds were hard and pillows were terrible.

I didn’t, canceled and still have not received my money

The room didn’t have a safely lock, my phone service immediately dropped when I walked in the door and they wouldn’t give me the room I paid for from booking.com

The location is so close to I 75 we could hear sirens during the night going down I 75.

the room was dirty, the towels had hair on them. breakfast wasn’t much, ran out of waffle mix. when asked housekeeping for new towels they had hair on them as well. there was hair on the floor, room did not look Ike it was cleaned at all. beds were uncomfortable. we broke down and need a place to stay and will not make the mistake of staying here again

At first, spouse"s and kids room was on opposite side of hotel. TV only played one Spanish station could not turn it to another station. Staff seemed a little rude about it at first. Husband convinced the evening shift to place me and our grandson in room directly next door to his room. (we also have two wheelchair handicapped kids, so five in one room would be crowded) No wheelchair access to second floor/ stairs only. Restaurants located on the next exit. (There was a Huddle House at the entrance of hotel, but it had been shut down entirely during Covid.)
