Quiet, good hot breakfast, hotel location was difficult to find though.

The breakfast was certainly plentiful and varied from day to day. Coffee was prepared in large containers and a setup was established presenting the coffee all day long and remained fresh tasting.

The choice of breakfasts could have been extended to include more to choose from. They did pretty good though.

NOT WORTH IT! Especially not worth the money! Awful property.

The Hotel Price was insane. The hotel was under construction and smelled musty like mold and old wet carpet. No trash can in room. No hair dryer in room. No alarm clock in room. The shower was nasty and dirty. The tiles were cracked throughout the property. The front desk staff never answered the telephone. There was no room service. This property was completely being demoed and the breakfast area was moved to a small conference room that was hot and stunk.

Hotel was under renovations. Not aware of that. Checked me in under someone else’s name. Didn’t receive HH points. No hot water pressure. Old school tub with barely any hot water

hotel was fine but we were very disappointed that we couldn’t use the indoor pool and hot tub

I will never stay at another Hampton after this experience.

stayed here because I’ve had good experiences at hamptons and it was conveintly located for my travels.

This was the dirtiest most disgusting Hampton I have ever seen. my first room had urine all over the bathroom floor. I asked for a different room and the second one smelled of urine.

Great weekend and horrible place to stay.

The ONLY thing that was positive about the motel was the location. I'm not sure if I'll ever stay at a Hilton hotel again after this experience. The light bulbs were out of 2 of the 3 lamps and the room looked like it hadn't been touched in a long time. The bathroom was absolutely nasty - a huge wad of black hair was in the shower and the shower was dirty. Was not able to use it during my stay.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds but was placed in room with king sized bed and pull out couch. Air conditioning in room didn't work, wires and plug pulled from the unit. Was told there were no other rooms available.

The location was good. About 10 minutes from the Brookshire Grocery Arena.

it’s not updated. Way overpriced for what you get. the staff wasn’t very knowledgeable. There were multiple people having issues when we checked in and while there.

My stay was okay not exceptional.

I did not have the breakfast. I like the fact the facility the room looks very cleaned.

What I did not like the price for the room was way to much also they have a guest laundry mat which is great but the machine only take quarters and there is no quarters available in the facility. Even the front desk could not help me. In my opinion this is terrible.

Great except for internet problem

We were late for breakfast so can’t really tell you much about that. When we went down though there was a lot of people there.

Your WI-FI never could get into it. Not good finally got in at 5 in the morning wouldn’t take password all it wanted me to do was hit the 4.95 for extra spend internet that is wrong……..

Overall I had a pleasant stay overnight it was a great location and the staff was extremely pleasant

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable

The Hampton Inn in Batesville AR was nice. I was willing to pay more to be in a secure, clean room.

The breakfast was good. The staff did go & vacuum our room while we were at dinner.

The room was not ready for a 3:00 PM check in. I spoke to the hotel & expressed my concern as we were supposed to view my mother's body but instead were dealing with rooms. Staff was difficult & rude. Room was not clean & crackers behind the bathroom door on floor. Room not vacuumed. Room not sanitized & not sealed for covid indicating that it had not been cleaned. The room was paid for before we left AR. The Hotel staff said it was not paid for & card declined. I used the same debit card to buy gas later. I cannot recommend this Hampton Inn. We got a cleaner room, equal beds, in an old Quality Inn for $90.00 less on the way home.
