Nothing.
There were suspicious stains on most of the furniture, not to mention that the mattress under the mattress cover was yellow and brown. There was a cockroach in the bathroom I had to kill and during the middle of the night someone let their kid just scream for like 15 minutes. They also made up a $20 "room deposit" and the guy who took the money from me said I'd get half of it back upon check out. I got the full $20 back because the older lady working there wasn't in on the fact her son/coworker wanted to keep half of the made up deposit. That was probably the only good thing. The sheets/bed made my partner and I itchy too so I was scared about bed bugs but thankfully I don't think we got them.

That I could willingly leave.
No smoking room had an ashtray in it and the place just generally reeks of cigarettes even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. Beds were stained, sheets were stained, towels were stained, the one chair in the room was stained. Felt uncomfortable with the staff.

Smell of the hotel it's so bad, the room wasn't clean, its was trash under the bed and bugs on the bathroom plus so much dusty.

I had to leave a $20 room deposit which is not a problem. But when checking out, I got the feeling that the guy at the desk was not going to volunteer to give me back the deposit. I specifically had to ask to get my deposit back.

Proximity to the lake and the base.
The property shown on booking was not the actual property. It was run down and the some of the other occupants were “sketchy”. Our last night we had to call the police as a woman was banging on our window at 1238 am.

No breakfast.. not enough towels or toilet paper in the room.. ran out with no extra brought.. not enough pillows or blankets, had no additional to give us.. pet friendly hotel but not allowed to leave pet there alone for any amount of time.. property pictures online portray a different atmosphere than the actual hotel.. key entry doors on sides of hotel were not locked and open for anyone to walk on..

I'd have to say the price but that is about it and the little fridge and freezer.
The staff was short and not go at explaining anything. Wifi was supposed to be free was never given sign in information. No cups in the room tub had hair in it and not head hair. Fan in bathroom didn't work switch was there but didn't turn anything on.

We were able to get a room.
This place is very run down and there were broken down cars in the parking lot and even thought we had a non smoking room...it still smelled like smoke.

Comfy beds, mostly clean, secure.
There were only a few towels, there was some dust buildup in some spots, and our room had some smoke smell even though we were in the non-smoking part of the hotel.
