BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! SPOT ON!

Location and that’s it!

They do not clean the rooms! Shower was dirty! Sheets were dirty! Carpet is disgusting! Pool was blurry! Pool room was filthy. There is literally a sign in the bathroom that says they come and clean once a week. Staff is not friendly, atleast to me except the black woman when I checked out (I’m also black). When i asked the staff where the pool was she asked me if i actually stayed there while I’m holding a key in my hand. Then she never told us SHE had to let us in the pool room after we attempted to get in ourselves. This property is TRASH compared to Hampton Inn up the street. I will NEVER stay here again. Ever. Rooms have potential they just aren’t actually clean! The fridge had mold and rust as well.

The worst place I’ve ever encountered with Management. Even corporate can’t get in touch with the manager to help me aft

The location.

The room I I got vs the room that’s stated online are not the same. Online states it has a pullout bed and living room but it doesn’t. My children ended up having to sleep on a pallet I made on the floor. I wasn’t promised to get a full refund but I haven’t yet. It’s been over a month now almost two.

The location & bed were the best parts!

The cleanliness of bathroom was terrible! There was black hair all in the shower…my hair is red! I had to grab cleaning items from the store to clean it myself !

So comfortable and the blonde girl at the front desk was amazing. We had to switch hotels to come here and she made it so easy

In a pinch with pets this place will do.

Room was comfortable.

The Sunday morning staff were rude. Playing music and would not print a receipt. The card reader malfunctioned both days. Noise upstairs till late keeping us up. A guide on how to use the tv would be nice. That remote is confusing.

Arrive before midnight if possible 😬

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, plenty of linens.

We arrived a couple of minutes past midnight, there was no one at the front desk to check us in. The lobby had a few others as well waiting for their rooms. The security officer working said the front desk clerk was running late and should be arriving in a few minutes. After about 15 minutes, the kind officer made a phone call and another desk clerk arrived after we waited 40 minutes. I am thankful for the kindness of the officer and the desk clerk that came in to help us.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to work and relax. The property is close to eating establishments within walking distance and Wal-Mart was not far away either.
