This hotel really needs to be upgraded and new management

Not much

No towels, no toilet paper 1/8 roll,no tissues, no hot water, had to wait 20 minutes with both sink and shower running 20 minutes at 3:30 in the morning. Also when walking out of my room at 4:00 am I saw mice in the hallway.

The price is low, the room is nice and the hotel is not that far from the airport

The problem is that the hotel is far from all main places in LA, and taking an uber in night might make the cheap price of the hotel not worth it (80$ from city center). Furthermore, staff at reception ask for 70$ to keep my bag from 11am to 8pm, - of course its way over price and I manage to do it for 8$ in store near the airport. And the breakfast was lame- muffin and coffee, that it

Loud and needs blackout drapes

Nicely decorated rooms that were clean. Comfortable bed. Helpful to have a refrigerator.

I didn’t mind the street noise but there were people up at all hours talking loudly both nights I stayed and it was beyond annoying. Also my room had plantation shutters on the window which are NOT blackout drapes. My room was lit from the light in the parking lot all night and then blasted with sunshine at dawn. Bring a sleep mask and earplugs! Otherwise, it’s a good property.

it was an okay stay but definitely could have been better.

being close to shopping areas and food.

the tv needed to be replaced. because it had cracks in the picture. and I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t get more towels until the morning when house keeping came back.

The front desk guy was the worst, totally unhelpful, had to be begged to do his job. The heater didn't work-air came out cold, and the guy refused to give us extra blankets even though my wife was freezing. I went to the desk carrying a toddler to ask for housekeeping that afternoon. He told me to go upstairs and talk to them myself.

Nice people the facility is tired.

the staff was very nice. they always tried to be accommodating.

The bathroom door was dirty. The carpet was worn through in places. I had to have the attendant reprogram my key every night so I could get back into my room. The water was cold unless I let the water run for a long time time before getting in the shower. The attendant offer me another room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. Neighbors were loud at 4 am one night and around 12:30 am another night.

the tv had many channels. I don’t think there was bugs?

receptionist rude, parking garage iffy.. free continental breakfast was a packaged honey bun. shower didn’t get hot & while I didn’t mind it myself , I could bathe my kids because the water was too cold. elevator was out of service so had to haul everything up stairs. the neighbor we had was angrily screaming at I don’t even know what ?? and banging on the wall periodically. it was a terrible time.

The carport parking was decent. I was satisfied when the hotel manager allowed me to swap rooms due to an ant infestation in the bathroom.

Originally, I was in my assigned room. I was awaken to a continuous ticking sound in the air conditioner. I tried to remove the plug in hopes the sound would stop, but it continued.! When I was unpacking and placed my toiletries in the bathroom, I saw two ants and thought nothing of it. The next morning, there was a trail of ants.

I thought this would be better due to the name.

Not to far from the airport. Easy parking.

Grab and go breakfast was juice and only one breakfast donut for 3 people. Bedding had cigarette burns. Pillows were square like for a sofa. No toilet paper holder. No water pressure. The door kept popping open even when we locked it. Had to use the chain. Top of dresser was sticky and not cleaned properly. Bathroom door was hard to open and close, it kept getting stuck.

Horrible place to stay

Blinds missing pieces so sun shine through, carpet gross, gum on the blanket,rust on bathroom sink, bathroom door doesn’t lock, bathroom door coming apart from water marks, stayed here because provide breakfast and that was a joke since it was barely anything with moldy food, and parked my car in garage and water pipe leaked from above onto my car. Worst place to stay.
