Warning, this place is a scam, the pictures and info are misleading and not what you will get!

Unfortunately our stay was very disappointing, despite the good location and reviews.

We booked a studio appartment with terrace almost 3 months in advance costing over 800USD for 2 nights. What we got was a small, noisy room set within the building with not even a window that could open for fresh air or a seabreeze. Furthermore we did not receive any check in information, on our arrival there was no-one on site to help, we had to search for our room and ask other guests how things worked. The room did not meet the booking criteria, however the owner was unavailable on the location to deal with our complaints. Even when phoning him personally, as was suggested in the many standard texts we received asking for feedback, the owner was very unhelpfull, taking no responsibility for any of the issues just blaming it all on booking.com. Sadly there was no sense of hospitality at this accomodation and it feels more like a money making scam.

It was a great home base to kick back and decompress.

It was close to many things, restaurants, night life, groceries and of course the incredible beach.

Loved the staff - extremely reactive to any inquiry and always available Loved the beach access Loved the amenities Loved the west coast feel with sunsets and friendly people

Amazing!

I really loved my stay at the Sunburst Inn. The staff are super attentive, the facilities are excellent, and the view from the room is really magnificent. It was really amazing to be able to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea waves and be able to walk a few steps from the room to the sea, and then dive. I will definitely stay at Sunburst again.

It was very difficult to lock the door from the outside, I had to try several times and the electronic lock was emitting some sounds.

Indian Shores Sunburst Inn

Very clean and comfortable room. Umbrellas, sand toys, paddle boards, and much more provided for use. Great seating throughout the facilities. Beautiful beach right outside the room doors.

The ac and ceiling fan kept the room cool but it never felt cool enough for us. The bathroom in our unit stayed humid since there wasn't a vent fan. Otherwise, the rest of our experience here made up for it.

We had a great time.

My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating my milestone birthday. The rooms and outdoor facilities are beautiful. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants and shops. Relaxing on the beach and watching the sunset was perfect. We look forward to coming back again.

The two ladies are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A fantastic location right at the beach.

The aircon is very loud. If you use the sofabed, the room gets very crowded.

Fabulous!

It exceeded my expectations and everything was perfect! The room, the view and the accessibility of the beach along with plenty of seating. A staff member kept the area clean and the room had everything that I could possibly need for a trip. Definitely recommend and plan on returning in the future!

Excellent!

No breakfast

Property is going through renovation. A few little things missing. No mirror in the bathroom. Also no toilet paper holder

Nice place to stay but also a little bit of a hassle.

The location was good. Had do drive everywhere. Nothing with in walking distance.

Parking! Had to back out on 2 lane road. Large truck parked at entrance. Had to have one person stand lookout for all clear. Pet friendly not so much. Nowhere to walk our dog that was safe. Also should let customers know when booking what level you are reserving. Going up stairs didn’t fit us at all.

Very close walking distance to the beach! And free beach chairs from hotel.

Shower pressure was very minimal in our room. Room not as big as pictured. Very small space to “sleep 4”.
