Der Pool und die Liegen sind in einem schlechten Zustand.Die Vorhänge am Zimmerfenster waren defekt.Schlafen war auch nur bedingt möglich da das Zimmer direkt zur Straße gelegt hat .

Nothing
We were put in the far back. One light flickered all night but besides that, it was dark and didn't feel safe. There was a leak under the building that made it smell horrible. All around it was awful.

The location was great!

The water was hot! Great to have hot water. The front desk attendants were accommodating and helpful.
The bathroom in our room was surprisingly good, considering the room needing a deep clean.
The breakfast was very disappointing, considering we paid for a more expensive room because the hotel supplied breakfast.
There was a only a packaged muffin, but the attendant searched and found a frozen biscuit, which he thawed for me. No fruit or yogurt, or even toast bread!! At least the coffee was good!

room seemed unclean. used soap bar was in the tub and only had one towel available in room. Bed didn’t have comforter.

Great location. Friendly staff. The room was not the Four Seasons, nor did I expect it to be, but it could have been cleaner and much better taken care of.
Toilet leaked onto the floor.
Shower curtain should have been replaced months ago.
The front window curtains were bent and broken with a spider web between the curtains and the window.
The window was also cracked and “fixed” with some packing tape

The breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about. The location was great.
The room needed decorating. It seemed cold and the carpet needed replacing.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean
No hot water when taking shower but noticed commode water was hot. Only two towels knowing that there woyld be three people in room

Rate, location, pool was open.
Don't have Keurig, cleaning rooms daily, but breakfast closed. This is backwards, for both Covid and environmental reasons they should only be cleaning rooms every 3 days for customers staying more than one night. Breakfast should be provided in-house. Bagged breakfasts is just an excuse to provide a cheaper solution to the breakfast issue. Lighting in rooms poor, carpet needs to be replaced, hot water is too hot and could be dialed back, no railing or bars in shower or bathtub for elderly. Light comes in under the door, bathroom had paint chips or other construction debris on the floor and air conditioning "fan on" settings did not work, fan would only be on when compressor is on. The "fan on" option is important for noise control of outside noise - people arriving late, leaving early, talking, car alarm noises.

Needed to be vacuumed and dusted. soap was poor quality. Needs updating.

the sheets were dirty and when we got up in the morning, there was no hot water.
