Great hotel. Very well situated close to airport/ train, bus and the Smithsonian.

Location was good. We were unable to enjoy the breakfast which started an hour after our complimentary shuttle at 5am for a 7:30 am flight. It would be lovely if the hotel was able to provide complimentary boxed breakfasts in such an event.

The bed was too soft and the shower stall doors covered only 1/2 of the shower length which may lead to water escaping.

The hotel was clean.

I did not like that when I called to verify my room and amenities days prior to arrival, the staff was very unpleasant and rude. I called the front desk to ensure what I purchased was set and ready to go. I purchased my room from Booking.com for the first time and was traveling 14 hours. The first concierge I spoke with seemed annoyed that I asked general questions and hang up on me. When I called back to get his name, the manager (Joseph Frederick) answered and stated he was not the person who I had just spoken with. I informed him that I was inquiring about my reservations and a staff member hung up on me. Instead of him trying to inquire about the employee or the situation, he immediately shared that he has guest in front of him. I felt like my concerns or questions were not of importance to him at the moment. He then asked what is it that I wanted, I went on to ask if he could confirm the size and number of beds for the room. He misinterpreted what I asked and shared he could not give me the room number; "Whatever you booked, is what you will get!" in a very unpleasant tone. I then asked for his name and shared that I have never experienced a staff so unprofessional with bad attitudes. I intentionally meant to cancel the reservation and go with another hotel, but I would have lost my payment. In addition, my family and I did not like the breakfast. Many items were barely warm and seemed to have come maybe prepackaged. A couple items did not taste fully cooked and were extremely light in color for our two-day stay (i.e. the pancakes, waffles, French toast and sausage links). There is not a restaurant, bar/lounge on the premises as it states online. This made it difficult to order dinner in the evenings at the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by several new apartment buildings and developments, but no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There are several options 8-10 minutes away.

A really good place to perch before taking a flight!

Very roomy—place for all of our suitcases, and great, frequent shuttle to the airport.

Decent place, not expensive, clean, did not like paying $10 for parking after I bought a room.

The location was great, and the overall cleanliness was good

The breakfast area was filthy, dirty with food all over the place on the counters. Coffee was not hot. The showers would not get hot. Can you set up is in the rooms is not conducive for our lifestyle. So if One gets up and doesn’t want to disturb the other, you can’t brush your teeth or wash your hands or face because it’s right there in the bedroom

Fantastic breakfast, you can pick and choose what you want The room was very spacious, clean and cosy East access from the airport to the hotel by shuttle bus. It was an enjoyable ride with Mark the driver who was very helpful

We enjoyed the quietness of the area and the pool was nice.

The first room we were in smelled like cat urine. Breakfast wasn't what we expected. No creamer options for coffee. The staff wasn't very pleasant.

Who wants close to airport with free shuttle and family , can only stay 1 or 2 days.

FREE Bus to airport was convience , apart from that they kept our luggage in clock room half a day.

Lighting in rooms is too DULL/DIM, Breakfast was awful.

Comfortable and convenient stay near the airport

I enjoyed my stay and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and the airport shuttle was on time and very convenient the next morning.

There were limited dining options at night (only pastries and beverages).

Horrible, Racist! Do not stay here!

The absolute WORST hotel on earth! Customer service was horrible and the GM is RACIST! A white man knocked my phone out of my hand and it fell down the elevator shaft. Immediately it was reported. I was told the elevator tech would retrieve my phone the very next day. That didn't happen and I was given the run around for 4 days. I flew back home and contacted corp. Needless to say, they didn't even comp me my stay after having to spend money on a new phone and my husband stayed behind and extra day because he was told they would retrieve the phone. Extra hotel fee, new phone fee, priceless memories loss. The GM Jake was so unprofessional and rude to me. I am a business owner and I would NEVER spoken with a customer the way he spoke to me. NEVER will I or any family members or friends stay at a HYATT again. In fact BOYCOTT this place.

Amazing staff rooms need a facelift

The staff were amazing and friendly not just to me but I noticed when I was coming and leaving they were like that with everyone. They went beyond the call and they all seemed to enjoy helping and having a good conversation.

I wish the rooms look and apeal lived up to the staff and the 4 star rating. The rooms where over all dark, not referring so much to lighting but it looked dingy. The rooms need to be updated. The bathrooms were my biggest issue. Dark and horrible lighting horrible colors it was like going into a cave to take a shower. To turn on the water you had to get into the shower and get wet because of how the door opens.

Nur alle 3 Tage Säuberung der Zimmer. Klimaanlage direkt am Bett Personal nur teilweise freundlich Zimmer etwas verwohnt, jedoch dafür recht groß, was von Vorteil war.
