That it was two blocks from my moms house and hyvee was next door
Our rooms were dirty, the adjacent room that’s connected drain didn’t work as well as the lights on the wall

I didn’t revive my 50 dollar deposit back the lady at the front desk said it would be reimbursed immediately after checkout. I need some answers asap.

been here a few times no problems. usually decent and understanding.
we booked a room, showed up and was told they were full so we had to find somewhere else to go and it was already late. traveling with our fussy toddler did not help the situation. don’t understand why they would allow you to book a room if they were fully booked up.

Refused to provide any payment receipt, information, appears to be an offshore scam.
Place was very rough, halls had broken walls/holes, place was noisy and filthy.

I honestly can’t think of something that I would say that I liked. was going to stay for 2 days but am now looking at booking a different hotel
everything in the common areas was dirty, hallways dingy and poorly lit, pool was closed, staff were not professional (though friendly) on check in- they had trouble correctly checking me into my room, in the process of checking me in gave my room to another guest who was checking in at the same time so they had to start the process over, were receiving personal phone calls/ text messages while checking me in, seemed unfamiliar with the process of checking in guests.

There were two queen size beds in the room. They were pretty comfortable. There was also a comfortable stressless chair. Heating was provided by a heater. The bathroom was clean. Toiletries were provided. There was also a tiny kitchen and utensils. There was also a microwave and coffee maker. There was a large refrigerator. The TV in the room was big.
One of the towels was dirty. Also, the inside of the tub did not look very clean and was clogged. Although there were many drawers in the room, there was no actual closet. There was only the hanger. Also, the coffee machine was not working well. Slippers were not provided.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were here for surgery at Mayo and it was very convenient with a shuttle running through the day.
A little noisy in the hallway as the pool was close by, plus someone had a doggie barking at 3 in the morning.

Toilet didn't work ran all the time flushed poorly, overall the bathroom was in poor condition, when we arrived the AC was on and the room was very cold, took hours to become comfortable.

The coffee machine was a available 24/7 and nicely stocked. Breakfast was simple but very good. Saved me a ton of money using that all week instead of in a drive-thru. The staff put us right near two entrances/exits close to wherlchair ramp, and made sure our room was accessible for my teenage daughter. The shuttle bus is a great perk, through we ended up driving ourselves the 5 mins it took to get down the street to the Mayo Clinic. Lots of shops, stores, and restaurants relatively close by. Beds were very comfortable. Good value for the price.
One staff member was particularly odd and rude to me and other guests. The rest were awesome. No cleaning, garbage collection was done, though I cleaned the room daily anyway and ended up buying and washing my own towels there, along with theirs.

The room was very nice.
The halls and entrances could use fresh paint. No menu or other information in the room. Need hangars in the wardrobe.

I liked the location in proximity to local stores and Mayo Clinic. Best famous Dave’s I’ve ever eaten, typically I am not impressed by famous Dave’s but we were snowed in and did not want to travel. It was excellent. Hotel itself is dated but a decent value.
It was honestly just dated and lacked some cleanliness standards. Our comforter has stains in it. But, you get what you pay for, and for the money it’s exactly as you’d expect.

Pool area was warm but there was sand in the hot tub and there were no towels on two days.
There was an old popcorn bag and dried up broccoli on the floor we discovered after unpacking. The front desk staff replied that they are not responsible for who cleans rooms and offered not solution. Three hours after reporting this the manager called and offered to change rooms, but we were already unpacked. He would not send someone to vacuum. Requested ground floor, not accommodated. There was mold on the fruit at the breakfast. The hallway lights are only half on. The heater unit was broken and would not close, kept flapping if used. Will never stay again, 2018 stay was OK and I would like to retract my positive review.
