The room was large and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. The toiletry products were very nice, and the shower was strong and as hot as I wanted. The location was excellent, close to the Granite Dells and a short drive to the historic downtown. Breakfast had many choices and good coffee!
Our only issue was that for some reason on,y one of the beds was made each day, when both had been slept in. We mentioned this to the front desk, and I’m sure it was addressed.

decor, location, and breakfast
the luxury suite i booked stated it sleeps 4 (1 king bed and sofabed in bedroom and pullout sofa in living room). However, there was no sofabed in the bedroom. But more importantly, the pullout sofa in the living room was not available for use- we were told it needed to be repaired. So unfortunately, my two teenage boys had to sleep on uncomfortable little cots in the living room. So this made our stay not as pleasant as it could've been. And given the price of the suite, I would have preferred a more comfortable stay.

Excellent hot breakfast, beautiful lobby, attractive and clean pool area. They offer beer and wine for purchase in the lobby
Bathrooms are looking tired

The location of the hotel was perfect and the view was really nice! The staff were very friendly and greeted me very politely.
The mattress was bowed (like in the shape of a pringle with both ends "up") and it was also really hard. For someone with 4 herniated discs, this was a nightmare. The room also smelled extremely musty. The lights in the bathroom were way too dim - I could barely see what I was doing in the shower.

The whole feel of the hotel was comfortable, a bit old fashion but almost felt like an old Italian villa. room was very nice, lobby was large with many chairs and sofas to sit and talk. The view out the windows were of this beautiful pool area lined with trees. Breakfast was very good, many places to sit.
I really can not say anything was wrong, I guess the only thing I wish it had was a bar and/or restaurant.

Not one single thing went well. It was a disaster from start to finish. Read on.
Where to begin... We did an Expedia search for dog friendly hotels in Prescott and this one got good reviews. Upon arrival, we discovered a property that was sorely in need of rennovation and a property night manager that barely said two words, demanded card/ID and slid keys to me without a word, no mention of wifi, breakfast, nothing. The room was worse than we could have imagined. The carpet was badly stained and unvaccumed. The tub had visible stains and the pillowcases on the bed were an off-white (not supposed to be) and clearly did not match one another.
My wife came in separately with the dog and noticed a sign that said "Pets not accepted at this time." So I marched back to the counter, explained that we had a dog and showed the night manager the Expedia post. He said they had changed that months prior for insurance reaons and there was nothing he could do - we couldn't stay. Given the condition of the property, that was just fine and we left. The Residence Inn is next door, loves pets and is beautiful.
I cancelled through Booking.com and went back the next day to confirm the cancellation at the hotel. The day manager was rude and basically said (1) it was my fault for not knowing the property was not dog friendly (2) it was my fault for not mentioning it before checking in and (3) by checking in, even though we stayed two minutes and left, we were going to be charged for the entire night and possibly the entire four days we had originally booked. I explained no credit card company on earth was going to charge me for four nights that I wasn't at the property, but the manager stuck to her guns and said I was welcome to try and fight it. Throughout the exchange, she made clear that everything was my fault. Lovely.
To sum up, this hotel is dirty, dated, unfriendly to the point of rudeness and concerned only with getting their fee. They could not care less about customer service. So do yourself a favor.

Their breakfast was good and complimentary. Forest Villas has nice soft beds. Forest Villas is pretty. It is close to restaurants, gas, and only 4 miles from old Prescott attractions.
My husband wanted a work out room, which is not on their property. They listed a work out room.

The breakfast was excellent! The hotel was beautiful and had a great lobby and seating area.
One of the persons at the front desk could have been a bit friendlier.

Booking.com stated this was a Pet Friendly hotel! It is not, they discontinued pets beginning Jan 2023. Our dog is therapy Service trained so we got to stay, but once in the room we found literature stating that they are pet friendly still.
Are they open to dogs are not?

Evan was great checking us in. Beautiful foyer.
Fan on the heater would not cycle off so it was a bit noisy. We still slept well.

Only real problem for myself was that the walk to my room was to much for me. I can hardly walk vary far and there is only one way in and out. so parking can put you a distance away. The beds seemed to be really soft or just old and the pillows also very heavy/hard.
Breakfast was good and motel was quiet.

One of three receptionists was helpful and responsive. Her name may have been Kaylan.
The person who checked us in was awful. He didn’t even bother to look at us. Just rushed us through and acted like we were a huge inconvenience. The air conditioner was rattling all night, but we had to keep it on because the window opened onto a busy street. The replacement room they finally offered us had the same issue! The bathroom door didn’t latch and the balcony was so small we didn’t bother to go out there. Plus it overlooked Costco and Petco! The eggs were powdered, the potatoes were hard and the bacon was soft. I would never stay at this place again, especially for $200. a night.

It’s a great central location. Staff was friendly. Good value for the view you get. Good parking available.
Everything was great! My only issue was I requested an extra blanket to housekeeping and it never came. Still 5 stars overall!

The lobby was warm and inviting. Good continental breakfast.
Used towel on the door of the bathroom which left me wondering what else didn’t they clean.
