Stay was amazing and location is perfect.

The property is small and cute, the owners are amazing, had a few lovely chats with (I believe husband, very sorry I didn’t catch his name!!) and overall a very cozy/comfortable stay. Room is cabin like which is always a plus. Would stay again/even work here honestly.

DMS HAULERS JUNK REMOVAL

We arrived late, and they waited patiently and kindly. From the outside you'd never know, it's cabin like inside, clean and equipped with bathroom supplies, like a hotel, microwave & fridge, don't need coffee pot, bc across the grass you can get breakfast lunch & gas at Stewart's. open until 10-11. soft comfy beds and pillows my room#5 love Jimmy Dean chilling by the tree Down a hill is the lake, with areas to relax sit and eat. 5 miles for most fast foods & an awesome dollar tree with frozen food . Outside inside all around gets cleaned daily, The price is right for 1 day or 7 We stood the latter and will be back * After a brief review of my bill, I spoke to the owner, and all I can say is I was pleased all around. Thank you

I didn't notice, if I paid cash I would of saved @4% off my bill. But he did right by me ..

Fantastic place Excelant lcation

Great location, bed was very comfy and clean, only issue was no outlets in the bathroom for razors, hairdryers. .Parking lot was well lit, owner was very friendly. Place was very neat in appearance both outside and inside. I will defiantly stay there again next year

wonderful stay

the property was very clean and clean and kept nice. located is a great area. walking distance. very nice customer service said thank you and made you feel like home the night we got there. would come again for sure. owners are wonderful people. we stayed in the cabin very cute small and everything you need.

heating the room could have been better. was very cold at night. the bathroom window was drafty. had to close the bathroom door and stuff a towel under the door. shower had no hot water was barley warm. in the cabin.

typical 1950s motel in great location

very close to the village and beach, the proprietor is a gentleman, good TV choices, proper small beds, hot shower.

The room was nice and cozy. The staff was exceptionally professional, welcoming, friendly, and generous. They were always available and went above and beyond to help us in everything we needed. The location is great and the overall value is unbeatable.

Plain but clean.

Well, it's clean. Beds comfy. Staff very nice.

It is on the outskirts of town---bit of a walk to get to town. I have no car, so that was a pain in ass. Is really a plain 1950s roadside motel--very unexceptional & hasn't been renovated since then.

2nd Stay

I like that the price is good for the time that I need to visit the town. The beds are really comfortable and it’s pretty quiet other than the fireworks from across the way.

I don’t like that the shower is so small. It’s really hard to move around in a box. They definitely need to upgrade on the heating system for the winter. Also, I don’t know why they have the dial turned down on the fridge. I thought it was broken until I checked out and was told that I needed to turn it up. How should you know this if there’s no instructions to do so? I think it should be written somewhere in the room or communicated upon arrival.

Good for a very clean Motel.

Good for a Motel - view on the green yard, comfortable bed, quiet on the back of the property, wooden walls, and very clean.

Hearing people in the next room early in the morning. They were loud and the wall was thin.

Simple, no frills, cheap and clean room for the night

The owners were really friendly people and were attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is very clean as were the rooms. The area of the motel was for the most part quiet even though it is near the main highway. The rooms were cheap enough, the staff very friendly and the property and the rooms were clean.

Everything for the stay was fine. The only thing negative I have to say, and if it is even negative, is the rooms are somewhat dated and the bathrooms small. I can't really complain about this as we knew this from reviews when we booked the room but other than that everything was fine. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Superb

The owner was phenomenal. She was an absolute doll and very friendly. The location was close to everything, literally a three minute drive from most attractions. The queen suite was perfect for two adults. For the price, I wish I stayed longer. I’ll definitely come back and stay here if I find myself in lake George again.

The shower was small, but manageable. My neighbors were incredibly loud my last night there, but that’s no fault of the owners.
