It was ok for the money

Location

Cleaning people walking in after we were checked in. They came in with our knocking 2 times. So we kept out valuables locked in car due to them walking in without notice

I wasn't the only one with issues.

I enjoyed the distance to the beach.

We showed an hour after check in to find someone in our room with no notification. The lady was checking on the fridge and had no idea anyone was given that room. I was offered a discount if I didn't mind the nose of the fridge. Which we accepted due to the short amount of time we had to spend at the beach. Us and others staying in different rooms had the water randomly cut off without any notice. Which was around lunch time. The floors were cracked and a huge spot in the wall had been patched along with other scrapes . And nail holes from where pitchers had been re'hung.... I did take pictures when I first got there so hopefully I won't be charged for that. Along with we had trouble getting in at one point and if your booking app doesn't work you're screwed .... called 5 different numbers and all where discontented. Oh and if you call the actual condominium they are no help either. Also note that the 1st half of the condo and sign are painted blue and ours was burnt orange . So that was confusing .... However maintenance & cleaning staff is amazing and super helpful! They didn't mind me stopping them in the hall's if I was in need of something. Them and the short trip to the beach is what kept me from giving a 1 star review.

Exceptional

Didn't have to have anyone involved in our coming and going. It was close to the beach and easy to get to. Very quiet and no issue with any other tenants.

the property was clean and close to the beach . We reached out the first day asking for the kitchen light to be fixed and extra blankets. No one came the next day. The team was responsive otherwise . the beach access is really nice and the pool was nice too .

When we entered the room to place stuff on kitchen counter it was sticky and you could see a smeared handprint. I do not feel the room was cleaned, besides the other stuff we found on the coffee table, but won't get into that.

would definitely recommend for a weekend trip, but not for a week.

4 minute walk to the beach, can’t complain about that!

if you are a high maintenance kind of person, I would suggest looking elsewhere. We were there for 7 days and never once saw anyone except other guests. The queen bed in the bedroom was about as comfortable as sleeping on my couch at home.The headboard is not attached to the wall which means that every time you roll over you and everyone else in the unit hear a thud. The appliances in our unit seemed to be from the mid to late 80’s. Some of these listings say this unit is 2 bedrooms, it’s not. In the hallway between the main bedroom and the living space there in an alcove with built in bunk beds. The couch is a pull out bed, also not very comfortable. There is a small closet and very small dresser in the bedroom, but nowhere for kids to put their clothes. Our unit was super clean, the pools were both clean. IMPORTANT: bring your own toilet paper unless you like one ply sandpaper. ALSO IMPORTANT: just because a unit is very close to the beach does not mean that you’ll have a great view from the tiny porch. Miramar Beach/Destin rolls up the sidewalks around 8:00 during the off season except for bars. This leaves nothing to do for families, so pack games unless you want to hang out at Walmart every night.

Overall amazing time in a clean condo with great location

Location was perfect!

I felt the decor was dated and the bed covering were thin and did not keep us warm. Also, beach service should be included in the price of every room. We shouldn't be paying some kid on the beach.

Location is great, but apartment missing some home-care!

Location is absolutely perfect, just meters away from the beach!! and room has good space!!

We had minors problems like missing 1 towel (luckily I brought some to go to beach and we could use one on the first day!), that was delivered in the second day. Cleanness of the room was a bit disappointing, although it smells good, coffee machine was dirty, fans and windows look like never saw a cleaning cloth before!! Anyway, it was just 2 days, but for longer stay definitively a better place to stay!

The closet door was off track I had to put it back on the sink in bathroom was stopped up i had to unstop it they had dirty diaper behind night table that wasnt cleaned price high for room I payed cleaning fee and had to clean my own room and fix things that should be done before I checked in

there was no pan, only one, no fans, all dirty and a lot of dust
