Super nice staff, location is close to a lot of what I wanted to see, parking across the street, good price.

Average hotel in a good location.

Good location. Staff were helpful and pleasant

The first room we were allocated had no hot water, and we were given another room that night. The dining room was understaffed at breakfast time. The waitress did her best under the circumstances. It was difficult to set the room heating/cooling to a steady level.

disappointing

location but the downtown area was very quiet

stayed in 6 hotels during our travels in the states and it was the least attractive and most tired. The rooftop bar (apparently a real feature and attraction) was pretty dated and old. Bit like the bits of Birmingham that we saw.

I love the location but now I am shy of staying again due to the issues we experienced

Convenient location and beautiful

No hot water for our stay! The Hotel charged my credit card twice for the room and all we were offered for the hot water problem was free breakfast 🫤

This place is centrally located to anything you need, has great facilities and staff, was clean and had good people staying also. Great energy all around.

Very pleadsnt hotel! i would stay again.

The bar and bartender were excellent. very comfortable and friendly The breakfast was incredible and the waitress was exceptional. I told her what my time limits were and she made sure I had a wonderful breakfast and was out on time.

They had no shop to speak of. I needed some allergy meds and they had nothing to offer. i was without a car and there was no place within walking distance to buy allergy meds.

rooms were not cleaned, unless special request made at front desk. inadequate soap supplied. no listing of tv stations. no listing of hotel amenities. poor fitness room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked that it had everything you needed which included food and entertainment . The roims were nice.

The room was very small for the price we paid. The food was veery salty and very small porsions. We paid more than Hilton Niagara Fall last year.

relaxing, amazing food, amazing service. loved it

Probably the best steak we have ever had. Cooked to PERFECTION. Loved that we never had to leave the hotel to eat. parking was easy, got lucky and got a spot right outside the entrance.

The double beds were small, they weren’t queen size we will just get a king size next time. not much to complain about this stay, 100% coming back.

Bar and food were excellent, location was great. Staff was great as well.

The room walls needs painting ,the lamps were tore and old. Didn't care for the joining rooms,needs more privacy you could hear everything going on in the next room.

Overall, a good stay.

Liked the location. The rooftop terrace was nice.

The air conditioning did not work. The thermostat was set to 60 when we entered the room, and the temperature was 78. Also, the pillow was so thick, I woke up with my neck hurting.

Not worth of the money - badly serviced Hotel

Honestly spoken the only good thing was the location of the hotel. One employee was very motivated.

The Hotel is very old and not in a good condition. Everything is old and not well serviced. The rooms are dark, not serviced, the shower is spraying in every direction. AC - Heating was not working. No minibar or fridge. Even the hair dryer was that dirty from previous usage, that the airflow was blocked and the air from the hairdryer smelled very disgusting. Some rooms might not have Windows, the elevator was got stucked, there Service employees seams very bored. All in all it was definitely not recommendable. But this is a bit of my feeling which I have from most of the Hilton hotels. Very expansive - not even worth half of the money.
