Shiver me timbers

The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

The place was very clean, but the hot water only lasted a couple of minutes. I ended up taking a cold shower. There was no hot water.

The value- near freeways- quite room.

Checking in at night time with old Spanish lady wasn’t friendly face and unprofessional. With super short question like: name- pet or not pet- one bed- one key or two keys? Make customer feel like you comes to apply for benefits or food stamp. The toilet seat with urine and hair don’t know if you able to see it when my photos proof. But in the morning another Checking out Spanish lady was nicely and super friendly face to standing in the front desk.

Good

The staff was very nice and friendly. We had issues with the AC in the first room we were given, and the staff quickly switched us to a different room. No problem. The location is right off the highway and walking distance to a Dollar General.

The second room we had (we booked two rooms) where are older children stayed was not cooling off. The AC was an issue with some of the rooms and should probably be maintained a little better. However, it was very hot outside while we were there (over 100)!

Exceptional value.

The rooms were great. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The building was pretty outdated but they are making improvements. Once in the room, nearly Heaven.

Location. Check in was easy.

Breakfast was funny. Waffles, apples, toast, coffee, juice. That’s it. No milk. Bowls, but no oatmeal, yogurt or cereal. Ketchup for some reason. Dry granola.

Superb

Clean, well kept, ladies at the desk saw we were senior citizens and gave us a bottom floor room and they were very pleasant. , they had St. PATRICK'S Day cookies there for all the guests. (safely in a air tight glass case.and put them on a paper plate with tongs for guests.) Everything in the room worked.

Superb

The staff is extremely friendly. They do not charge for the dog and give them treats as well as pop bags. Room is big.

To said something... The road is noisy but they provide earplugs.the door to access the hotel close to our room was broken.

The tv worked well. Staff was friendly and likeable.

The hotel appearance looked old. When we walked into the hallway the was a bad odor like chemicals had been sprayed all over. The sofa was very rundown. The room was dusty. The bathroom was just ok and needs improvement.

Well priced, good location, wonderful staff.

Location is very convenient, barely even a minute from I-10. Breakfast options are pretty solid, room was extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the second time I've stayed here, and would readily do so again if I was in the area.

Never again will I stay at a Red Roof or book with booking.com.

The floor was absolutely filthy. It had not been mopped in a long time.

Listing said free breakfast. Later found out it was continental.

All staff members made me feel welcome. The room was sanitized and very clean. The best part was the wood floor.

Because of weather, internet was spotty.

everything. it was run down gross hotel. if it wasn’t late and there was another choice we would have left. lightning was terrible, the grounds run down. the molding around the door in our room looked like the door was previously kicked in. there was someone living in there car on the property.
