Clean quite

Asked for an extra blanket and was told they didn’t have any, the rooms came with a blanket

Very good, other than the broken tv

I loved that you had half-and-half for the coffee, although the coffee itself is very weak. Loved the fresh fruit and yogurt. Very good cereal selection. Very nice of you to have cookies set out in the lobby for guests.

The tv in room 207 is broken. It worked for 1 1/2 hours, and then the screen went black and we only had sound. I also hate that you only offer plastic utensils. They’re even in plastic wrappers. PLEASE just get inexpensive metal utensils and a dishwasher.

I think I will try the Sleep Inn across the street next time.

There was a roach on my last day in the hotel. And I understand it is Florida and roaches happen. The bigger issue is the front desk didn't seem to really care when I told them. Also I had a hard time getting the staff to clean my room. The staff person told me I didn't need my room cleaned and closed my door on me. I told her I did need the room cleaned and answered her in both English and Spanish. She still tried to close the door on me again and had another person confirm she was supposed to clean my room. The eggs are from a powder mix and the bacon is mystery meat. The walls are thin and I could hear the room next door snoring all night and into the morning. I couldn't sleep.

Room was worn, had to ask for decent size towels, staff was very nice, next trip we will try Sleep I

breakfast was very good, we took a tray from our room and brought it back

it is stupid to have the SPANISH BAYONET plants where people walk towards the entry, some kid is going to loose an eye and sue you....facing the front entry on the right.....REMOVE THESE

Humid musty room.

The free breakfast was ok and the location was good. The front desk personel was friendly and the place looked clean. Except for the room.

The room had a humid musty smelled that was also on the bed and everywhere. The lamps had rust on them as the room was humid, the walls had stains and the chair looked dirty.. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I did mention my concern to the lady at the front desk, but I didn't feel like she cared. This is a health concern.

The area in which it's located

The room smells like old mold. And they charged us twice and took me to call a bunch of times to receive the refund

The Elevator and The night clerk female Lady was snooty at the front desk and we had to switch rooms. They should have more info for tourists as well
