Overall I would definitely book again with this property! Great location and close to different restaurants where u can

The property is well maintained, I love the option of having a one bed room apartment which includes kitchen, definitely a plus. The Staff are very accommodating and very helpful. I loved how we have a private access to go to the beach. There’s also an Ice Machine outside. I will definitely recommend this place, Mike the front desk person was amazing.

The property is small, therefore there is limited parking, I believe they have another place where the guest could also park. The property has 2 floors, I think they need to let other guest know to be mindful of other guest, specially the one that are staying downstairs. My last night here was not great only because we didn’t get any sleep due to other guest playing music and walking non stop. There should be. A curfew to stop the music. We literally heard everything that’s how loud it was and the music was playing until dawn. Hopefully this property can remind other guest to be quiet at a certain time.

Will definitely be staying here again!

Room was spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels. Location was perfect. Loved that the motel is dog friendly. Will definitely be visiting again.

It was horrible without hot water.

Location

We had no hot water for the 3 days we were there. No one to talk to in the office. It was a kiosk. Manager was celebrating birthday and not concerned with customers having no hot water.

I liked the proximity to the beach. Check in was easy .

The room was maybe half the size as described which was supposed to be 800 sf. Small bathroom. Parking was hard to get a spot and over flow parking was quarter mile away .

It was one I will work very hard to make sure it doesn't happen again.

It is an apartment

the apartment was very dumpy. My wife started coughing very badly. I developed hives and was spitting blood when brushing my teeth. I think the couch and chair furniture was covered in fiber glass from our reactions. We paid for 7 nights but could only stay for 3. We had to pay $1200.00 to stay somewhere else while we were in the outer banks. This was a very bad situation.

The manager was amazingly helpful to guests. I watched him help people park, get the ice machine working for a lady (me) having trouble and I even saw him carry luggage from the car of a couple I imagine were in their late 80’s. Our room was spotless, towels were given any time you needed them. Beds are very soft with lots of pillows. The room smelled so fresh and clean- not that bug spray/deodorizer smell that some places have. Just steps away from the beach and Nags Head pier.

Parking was challenging. The hotel is old and there are cracks and dings and signs of use throughout. Nothing that matters really. Bring your own K cups. The coffee is pretty weak.

I'd consider staying again but would expand my search for lodging that is less need of repairs.

The location is on the 'Beach' road (Virginia Dare Trail), close to shops, restaurants and, of course, the beach., The room was adequate and for the most part, clean. The pool was clean.

Our air conditioning unit was EXTREMELY loud. It is apparent that the management attempted to refurbish the room with new paint however, the painters did a very poor job, particularly with the ceiling and bathroom walls and trim. The bath is very small, with very old, dated tile, some of which is missing. The vanity should be replaced as it has been damaged and is peeling and chipping away. The closet had only a rod, no hangers, but did have two fly swatters which were used often! The photos on the website were a bit deceiving as it showed a bright, renovated room. Ours, unfortunately, wasn't.

Well paid a very large amount for 3days 4 nights and was very disappointed with the quality and layout of the room.

Very Little. Nothing really. I wish I had book a nicer place and paid the extra money

The beds were very uncomfortable,the layout was very difficult to climb the steps for my sister and I. Didn’t expect so many steps. My daughters bed was hard she couldn’t sleep the whole time we were there. Also there was mice poop in the kitchen closet. Yuck!!

Not as advertised! Very disappointing.

The central location of the property.

Very ran down. Never saw an employee at the service desk. I talked to someone on a computer screen each time. The kitchen supplies were useless. We only had 2 forks in the room. I requested more and never received them. Parking lot is over crowded and hard to maneuver in. The weeds on the deck to view the ocean are so overgrown you could not see the beach or ocean.

Found dead bugs in our room. No attendants working in the office, check in was through a kiosk.

location was good. nice that it is dog friendly. bed was comfortable.

lack of cleanliness. metal shelf in bathroom had human hair all over it from prior occupants. decent amount of sand on floor that appeared to not have been mopped/vacuumed. parking lot is narrow was a challenge to navigate. check in with a kiosk. prefer a live person. hole in the wall near baseboard to left of sink area near the floor and large hole in wall between sink area and stove (back wall where wires go into wall).

Crapped out run down faculty with no ability to discuss conditions as no staff were present

No staff at check in; had to use kiosk. Facility was worn out, needed painting, chairs were ripped/torn. Mattress did not fit bed frame. More sand on floor than beach. Toilet plunger was laying on floor near toilet - gross. Bathroom was perfect for the drunken colllege crowd as the bathroom was so small you could sit on the toilet and put you head in sink!Pictures on internet did not show how bad condition of facilities were. Parking lot was so tight had to park on street. Probably the worst place I have stayed in 20 years left after one day even though we had paid for two nights

Exceptional

The staff were very kind, even let us park on site early and our room was ready early too. Our room was at the back of the hotel with a view of the ocean! Grabbed our beach towels, took 5 steps and we were on tge sand! Outside shower to get the sand off of you.

We really enjoyed our stay. We saw a beautiful sun rise on the beach. It was a nice,safe place to stay and will again.

Our family could stay together great size rooms. Easy beach access. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool also.

Only one parking spot. There was extra parking but it was down the street a ways.
