Never again.

Location.

1. No tea bags in breakfast area 2. Refrigerator didn’t cool 3. Room key quit 3 times 4. Charging station for phones didn’t work 5. No towels in room 6. No soap or shampoo in room I typically don’t give bad reviews but too many things were just bad.

Ok place to stay if you are only sleeping there

Location was good. Nice and safe place to stay in between Raleigh and Durham

Breakfast included was very poor and the room wasn't that well cleaned, some stains in the walls and the carpet was dirty in some places.

Good night's sleep, but I need my money.

The facility was clean. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel was a little further off my route than I realized looking at the map. I didn't know ahead of time that there would be a $100 incidentals fee.

met our expectations for price, and cleanliness.

Staff was professional and caring in regards to our needs. Overall our room was clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the toilet seat in our room. It was broken but usable so we did not report it until we checked out. The manager at the front desk was very apologetic and said they would have moved us to another room if we had reported it when we went to our room after check-in. Since we were meeting friend for dinner, we just dropped off our luggage and left for the evening. We were out late and didn't report it at that late hour as it really didn't have a negative effect on our stay. This was our second stay there and we enjoyed our room on both occasions. We will of course stay on future trips as both of our daughters live there.

Beds were terrible, breakfast not as described, linen dirty and warn

location to where I was going

arrived to room and for 3 people was given 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. I set were dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable. Staff was rude. Breakfast was not as described. Comforter was dirty, obvious not changing all bed linen between guests which is disgusting! we stayed for 2 days. Towels and wash clothes were warn and the whole place looked like it was falling apart.

Poor

Location was convenient

At check-in, manager wasn't happy about the rate I was given, and made it feel like he was doing me a favor by honoring the reservation. Told me about a $100 deposit for a one night stay, that wasn't in the booking. Toilet seat was broken, shower enclosure was cracked, and found hair in the bed. Was unable to spend the night, and checked into a different hotel, that was in better condition. Will not stay here again.

Not as good as expected 😕

Location

The entire plastic panel covering the A/C unit fell off when I try to start it and made loud cranking noise while operating so I ended up turning it off during my stay(luckily just 1 night stay). The temperature control knob in the fridge was broken (missing) cannot keep my drinks as cold as I wish. The fridge doesn't even have a small freezer section. Poor breakfast selection.

I thought bed was comfortable, my husband declared it too soft. It was quite soft.

Afternoon counterman was quite nice. Tried to give us directions to restaurants. LOVE the summer bedspread. Can I buy one?? Had medical appt at Duke Facility just up Page Road. Very convenient!

Check in clerk was hard to understand. And I had not been informed of a $100 parking (refundable, I hope) fee. Why??

We would definitely stay here again!

Even the free breakfast was better than most with sausage on a biscuit in the offering. And there was someone there replenishing anything that needed to be replenished.

I don't think I will book there again.

The bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was one of the worst of the included in the rate type. One room did not smell fresh. The carpet was not clean. Our two rooms were quite far from each other.

Very comfy bed, clean and quiet. Felt safe and rested.

Breakfast did not have many selections but what was there was fine. Waffles very good!

Pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches were sub-par.

A wonderful place to stay hands down very nice

We loved everything about the Hotel, it was easy to find and from the parking lot to the entrance everything was clean and convenient for our nerds

There really wasn't anything I didn't like but the water took to long to warm up for the shower but because the hotel and room Itself was so nice it's definitely something I could live with. Overall it's a 10 for me

the facilities and the staff

a lot of noise from other rooms... couples demonstrating their love all the time... the property should control that. Also blankets could be cleaner all days.
