Definitely will stay again if will visit city

The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had everything required

Good location- very uncomfortable beds!

Close to Waterfront restaurants and shopping!

Beds were terrible! Lumpy -old and had one of the worst nights sleep at a hotel.

Nothing.

Everything. Hotel did not look or feel clean. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Staff mostly unbothered and quite rude at times. Room doors were very hard to get open.

It was ok but not worth the price

Location to shopping and restaurants. We liked the large variety of breakfast and that it was from 6 to 10

The room was too hot and smelled like a locker room. when asked to adjust the AC, was told it couldn’t be lowered. The AC was leaking so the floor was wet. The bathtub was clogged so water accumulated about a foot during shower. The patio was nice by the river though to sit and relax by the fire

I would stay again simply because the location is ideal !

The view from the rooms. The location for day trips to several area attractions, is ideal. The suite we had was spacious.

The pool was absolutely disgusting. It's questionable if they are actually using chlorine. Water was cloudy and you couldn't see the bottom of the pool!!! The rooms were not very clean--- I found hair in the bathroom and soap scum on the tub/shower but linens did seem clean. My friend's room was clearly not cleaned and unacceptable. Overall, the cleaning and pool maintainence should be addressed immediately and otherwise the entire hotel (room furniture) needs updated.

The hotel interiors looked old and outdated . The carpets looked old, color scheme was outdated, wifi didn’t work well - kept going on and off, elevator didn’t work, - the property is nice, but looked shabby- we stayed the first time 1 year ago, but since then, bad condition .

Turned out ok

Breakfast was very good

Our toilet didn't work for an entire day...we were told at the front desk that someone would be up to fix it and no one came...finally after complaining several times they gave us new room and refunded our first night thanks to a very nice girl at the front desk named Elaine...the first girl was incompetent.

Would not recommend

Location was good. Hotel was outdated and needed repairs.

No complimentary room service even when requested. Dirty room carpet. Bathroom sink clogged. Slow drain.

Very happy with our stay here.

Location was great, fire pit on patio was nice, room was comfortable, & staff was friendly. The breakfast had a nice variety & was good.

Water damage on ceiling in bathroom, should be fixed.

Very comfortable room. Nice view of the river. good breakfast buffet.

The coffee at breakfast is really bad. There is no excuse for such low quality coffee - on par with a budget airline :( Definitely time for an upgrade. We literally through the coffee into the river.

Breakfast. Although the hot foot was only Luke warm. I like the location as there is alot to do in the area

The smell of Marijuana outside the entrance on Saturday night. Same night, appeared to be a couple people hanging out in the seating area where the food was served that weren't guests

Great place to stay, our go to when traveling to the waterfront.

The room was nice and cleanly with a super comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety of foods. Nice central location to plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance.

We had trouble getting our door to open with the key card, it took a few tries every time. Kids were stampeding down the hall shaking the floor and screaming loud late at night, but that’s not the hotels fault (just hitting the min sentence requirement).

Breakfast was great. Very clean facilities.

The staff lied about the pool being closed due to maintenance. It was obviously running and in crystal clean appearance. The pool was closed because of the abundance of kids staying for the hockey tournament. I would have stayed elsewhere had I been notified that they were going to close the pool. I don't like being lied to. It's not very professional.
