Wish I would have booked somewhere else more comfortable

It was right off the highway

The beds are so hard, the pillows feel like your sleeping on bricks, staff in lobby was extremely loud which made it very hard to sleep due to the fact I was in the first room closest to the lobby.

Very disappointed

3 front desk employees I saw were all very nice and polite. Breakfast was well.

Blood on the floor by the elevator and in the elevator. Stayed there our entire stay- Lobby floor just dirty- Room smelled like smoke. (Suppose to be 100% smoke free hotel) Walls dirty, floor wasn’t vacuumed. Hair on sheets. Running water in the tub. Asked to switch rooms mainly due to smoke smell. Never have done that ever at any hotel- Next room smelt better. But the floors were still dirty. Realized they don’t vacuum the carpets in between guests or in the hallways! Lots of dirt, dust, crumbs on the floor. The shower mat was black (mold) on 25% of it- didn’t even want to look underneath of it. Very dirty. Our clothes and bags smell like smoke. Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning and less time being outside smoking and doing etc.. Housekeepers I saw seemed to be focused on other things. For $200 for 14 hours of stay- it was NOT worth it. Very disappointed. Stayed at a La Quinta in a different area before and was satisfied. Will not be staying at this La Quinta at this location again.

Not great. Won’t be back.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The rooms and hotel in general were very tired especially the first room we were given on the first floor. The building needs a renovation and all carpets need a good shampoo.

Not sure we’ll go back

We always stay at La Quinta when possible. I’m fact we’ve stayed at this location before. It’s usually just fine.

This visit didn’t go as well as usual. Check in was difficult for us and those around us. The hotel was very noisy late night and early morning. There were flies in the bathroom—I think drain flies. We paid more than usual due to summer season. We didn’t get out money’s worth.

Perfectly adequate for a stopover

Adequate, about what you expect. No fruit, only grape jelly. Room was fine, bed comfortable.

elevator floor area and lobby just outside elevator was really dirty - both on check-in and check out, looked like it needed a good mopping. Looked like someone's cooler had leaked or someone had dripped coffee/soda. Didn't set a nice tone. Room on 3rd floor had a nice view of mountain, but window on outside was filthy.

Breakfast was great! The room was very clean.

The pillows could be softer. When booking online, there was no way to ask for AAA discount. When checking in, was told that it couldn’t be changed since I booked online.

Very good

very close to interstate. Amanda was VERY kind and courteous when we checked in. Parking lot was very well lit. I felt safe traveling alone.

Booking.com didn't list the cost for pet visit. Luckily I called ahead and knew price. Would have been nice to have cost included when making reservation.

Good overnight stop, especially if traveling with pets.

Pet Friendly. Breakfast provided. Reasonable pet fee of $25 although this is fairly new since LaQuinta used to allow dogs for no additional fee. Good overnight stop when traveling. Eat at the Log House 1776, 1.5 miles down the road.

I think I will pass on staying here again 😬

Location was great and their breakfast was fine.

Needs a renovation and cosmetic work. there was an open hole in the wall in the bathroom by the toilet as well as a huge hole in the wall inside the closet. Basic amenities and it was ok for one night.

Relaxing stop on a long trip!

The woman who checked us in was delightful. All amenities in the room were very helpful.

The key cards didn’t work.

Over priced, think twice.

Location in the city

First of all cleaning conditions. They don’t manage to separate rooms for pets owners from others. You can find hair pet on the chair, carpet and curtain. Very disappointing, sounds like bad well managed. Breakfast is far from regular, 5/10.

Not great, but not terrible

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is easy to get to.

Needs an update, some run-down furniture/ fixtures etc. Linens had pet hair all over. Loud talking through most of the night and by housekeeping all morning. Price isn't bad, but pretty outdated for the price.

Room was what we expected. It was handicapped accessible. Girl at the front desk was very helpful.

The bed was not comfortable. It was very hard. We woke up sore. Both of us tossed and turned all night trying to get comfortable.
