Nice place

The suite was very nice and spacious. Everything was clean, water pressure was great.

The bathroom door stuck badly and would not close all the way.

Proximity to reason for being in this town. The room itself was clean only.

The halls, corridors and common areas were all filthy. Absolutely disgusting stained smelly carpeting throughout main corridors. The hotel itself had an odor, most likely from the obviously filthy carpeting. Just made the whole hotel seem dirty even though the actual room was clean to the eye.

Great room, helpful staff

They didn’t have the room we booked, and the sweetest staff member jumped through hoops to get us in a different room even though her computer system was not working right.

from check in to check out everything was sub par the entire first floor smelled of sewage, our room smelled like the dog shelter, there was a contractor working on the building that nearly backed over my children in the parking lot as we unloaded out of our car, we actually watched him back into the handicap ramp one evening while going to grab dinner he worked using power tools until 10pm which we could hear from our window and he was smoking mj while working the pool lights were out overhead for use after dark and the hot tub was not heating.

I will not choose to stay here again.

The staff and location were excellent.

The carpet in front of the elevator on our floor was stained and dirty. The toilet did not flush well. The shower did not turn all of the way off. It remained on more than a drip. I notified the front desk and they were to send maintenance as soon as they arrived. The accommodations were overpriced for what we got.

the location is good in the middle of town by everything

the staff this time around wasn’t as friendly as my past stays. They kept knocking on my door asking when I was checking out starting at like 9 am when check out was at 11.

Was adequate for my brief stay.

Loved the location; the staff; and the ease of navigating areas in the hotel.

carpets in hallways, and bathroom showing a little wear and tear; but clean. Cost of room could have been 10-15 dollars less for a better value.

Close to where I was going

The hallway exit door is very loud when closing. Was awakened at 5 AM when construction people were leaving for work and it sounded like a door slamming contest. Also the bathroom light was going out and it was like a strobe light.

Clean Hotel and rooms. Friendly,helpful staff service with a smile. Clean, quiet, and well equipped rooms and the accommodations were amazing. We were comfortable and planning on a return trip. Thanks for everything. Great breakfast and lots of choices.

Would be great if all hotels were as nice as this one!

very nice! room was clean and comfortable with pleasant decor, the shower had plenty hot water, the towels nice and fluffy, breakfast was very good and common area clean and neat.

there was a ceiling light in the bathroom that we never could figure out how to turn on, so the only light was on the wall to the left which made applying make-up difficult.

Superb

Great staff! Our room door would not lock appropriately, told the front desk and they had it fixed within 10 minutes with new key cards.

Everything was great for our stay.

The staff. You could not ask for a nicer more helpful bunch of people.

It's beginning to show its age a little bit. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but it absolutely did its job.
