Bedbugs

Property had bedbugs. One of the male staff was very rude. Only got accommodation for one night that I haven’t even received yet so I didn’t by even know if it’s really coming

Location great, staff good, but room not good.

The breakfast was ok. It was what I expected, and I always like having a breakfast available at a hotel I stay at.

The room itself. It had been heavily sprayed with something and it was a bit overwhelming. By 2nd night room had a bad smell, and it was that of urine in the carpet. Additionally, upon my arrival, there were a lot of nets flying around in the bathroom area.

Very poor and uncomfortable, and very disappointing.

very poor. cold coffee with just sugar, no creamer none of the 3 days. We complained to the staff but to no avail.

Within 10 minutes after we checked in, we brough the staff member to room 117 to show him the condition of the room. The floor had not been swept. There was peanut shells, peices of what looked like animal food. The bath tub had not been cleaned properly. There were brown spot on the tub. We showed this to the staff member. He said he would get housekeeping in there to clean the room. No one came. My wife went back to the front desk approx. and hour later. The staff member was a different person. He told my wife, "why are you bringing this hostility to me, I was not hear earlier. No one came to clean the room the entire time that we stayed there I personally slipped in the bath tub, before I could even lather up with soap. There was no tub mat, and the bottom of the tub had no rough surface to stop you from slipping. I hit my elbow and it pained all that night. I just did not want to argue with anyone else, because we were treated like we did not matter. People were smoking "weed" outside of our door on the walkway for two of the nights that we stayed there.

eh.

I liked how close it was to food and our concert venue. I was a quick uber. however, that was probably the best part.

No remote, Fridge didn't work, no sleep for 2 days because the beds were horribly uncomfortable. pool was dirty, paint peeling off the bottom creating a gross haze. ice machine was filthy. bathrooms were not cleaned.

The facility needs updating, it's dated.

Bathtub was missing drain stopper. The bathroom sink stopper was broken, it couldn't hold water. Rug gum imbedded in it.

Disgusting and filthy

Location was fine…that’s about it. Oh, staff were pleasant too.

This hotel was absolutely the most run down and filthiest place. See pics of rags I used to clean counters and floor. DO NOT book this hotel unless they completely renovate. Also they DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST! They have muffins and fruit but they run out fast.

I expected when the room was cleaned, it would actually be cleaned; but instead the new towels were left on the bed along with the toilet paper and trashcan liners. The beds were also unmade.

Worst hotel ever

Location was perfect

The housekeepers did not clean rooms after asking to get room vacuumed still was not done bathroom was disgusting luckily I had disinfected everything there The only thing good about my stay was the night shift front desk clerk she needs to be the manger. Never will I stay here again i should have not accepted this room booking dot com take this place off your list

The location

The place needs better cleaning. Bath tub was dirty, the room was not a smoking room but it smelt of smoke. The carpet needed cleaning. The sheets weren't clean. It was just gross
