Convenience on/ off highway.

Had to wait in small room to check in. Staff not friendly. Asked maid staff to pick up a tissue that was on bathroom floor when we got there, was still there when we left. Bed not made.

The sink was dripping water, I had to kill a bug in my room, and the hair dryer on the wall didn’t work even after pushing test and reset buttons

It smells so bad everywhere

We were given 2 towels for 4 people. I asked for more and I was told by front desk u get what u get. The air conditioner didn’t blow out any air so we were hot all night. I couldn’t sleep with the flat pillows so I was restless all night. I stay here every year and this is the first time I was very disappointed.

Good location right next to the highway. Rooms were big enough for a family of five. We had two inter-connecting rooms. Starbucks right next door which is great for grabbing a coffee before continuing your journey.

This is a regular motel so expectations should not be high! Had a tired feel about it but was clean enough. Floor was a bit sticky. Located next to the highway but in what is an industrial and down at heel area of Richmond. Don't bother looking for somewhere to eat other than the Victory Bar and Grill across the road at the Best Western.
