lovely place to stay!

the rooms were very clean and had a high end look and feel. I loved how large the shower was. Just a very pleasant stay after a long travel day.

the manager was great

the check in girl had me put a deposit down and couldnt understand why and the manager the next day said i didnt need to because i paid the hotel directly. got it settled by her.

toilet did not flush correctly. had to change rooms because phone and TV did not work. could hear people walking and talking.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly. Breakfast was fresh. Room was spotless. It was a great stay. Thank you!

If there were puppies to play with in the lobby it would have made the stay better. That is about it! :)

Nice place to stay when they are not fully booked.

Breakfast was excellent early in the week, but they had supply problems later in the week. They made the best of a tough situation. Staff shortages were evident, as was some confusion in how often the room was to be serviced (cleaning, fresh towels, etc.). A note in the room said every 4 days, while a paper hanging on the check-in window said every 5 days. The people who were working there did their very best to compensate for the staff shortages. One person at the front desk said the hotel was fully booked for several nights that week. The room I had was really nice and was clean and comfortable.

Staff shortages. No raisin bran after the first few days, and they almost ran out of milk one day.

The old lady in the morning while I was getting breakfast was an absolute delight. She was so friendly and very helpful. Staff like her cannot be underestimated

Great but expensive stop

This property is very good. Clean rooms. Awesome breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Conveniently located. With all that said it was very expensive. Not a 5 star hotel but def decent but a 5 star price!
