absolutely nothing!

there Was no hot water for 2 days and there was roaches everywhere, I tried calling the front desk several times before I realized there was no phone line for the rooms phone! I finally went down to the front desk and was told there was nothing they can do until the next day, the next day came and still no hot water, they moved me to another room that smelled like cat litter! just horrible!

The problems started at check in. I provided my driver license as ID to the clerk at check-in and received my keycard but not the license back. When I asked for it I was told it was in the keycard envelope. I showed her it was not and she responded, “Your all set.” I indicated I was not - that I needed the license back. After a pause she rummaged to the side of the check-in window and found and returned the license, without even a cursory apology (like ‘Oops -sorry’). Not a big deal, but aI bit annoying. When we arrived in our room, the TV was on and there was no remote to turn it off. We called the front office and were told to come back to the front office to get one. My wife did so and got one, but the TV did not respond to it. Since it was late at night and returning to the office required a moderately long walk between buildings I gave up on the TV. There were probably buttons somewhere on the flat screen display but they were not obvious to me, so I turned it off by pulling the power plug. The room was a tad chilly but I found no way to warm it: a room thermostat on the wall was inoperative (its display was blank and pressing buttons did nothing to change that). Now the biggy. The toilet barely flushed - it took several flushes to even clear away toilet paper, and water squirted out from the stem of the flush lever handle. All in all, it was an awful stay. This is a motel to avoid. Added note: The property did apologize and refunded my room charge.

Roach infested motel. Felt like I was in the tv series Ozarks. Unprofessional staff. Noisy and unclean.

Clean room, room service, smoke free room. Limit too many people from the shelter. Let it be very quiet.

Only thing I liked was check in was quick and easy

Very dirty. Found dead cockroaches on the carpet. Burn marks on sink and tubs and floor. Found beer bottle lids underneath the bed when we first got there. Like it was not cleaned well or kept well at all. Very disappointed and will never stay at another red roof inn.

People at the front desk are polite

Frig did not work. Called front dest No answer. Light over mirror went out..called front desk. No answer. In five days no one came to bring fresh towels or pick up trash. I found a can. Did get towels, didnt have was cloths. Not what I expect.

pet friendly. close to where I needed to be. reasonable price.

the entire area is under construction. getting in and out requires navigating around road closure/construction signs.

Convenient parking. Quit at night. Air conditioner was cold.

Rates was little high. Tv signal. Bathroom small.

Parking easy. Staff polite. Low rates.

Tvs were old. Bathroom is small. Beds need updates.

Pet friendly. Friendly guests. Polite staff.

Rates changed. Had to switch rooms. Small bathrooms

Other guests were all over the place with pets
