Underwhelming. Heard this chain of hotels was good, but failed my expectations.

The room was clean. Needed towels on day 3 mostly quit at night.

NO A/C It did not work the whole time we were there. I told the desk person on my way out for the day and she said she would contact maintenance. When I came back I asked if it was fixed and was told a part needed to be ordered. No suggestions or any compensation offered. I asked for a fan and was told they didn't have any. Thank goodness Tuesday and Wednesday night were on the cooler side so we opened the window to cool the room off. Also, most of the outlets did not work. We could not pug in any of our hair dryer, or straightener. Also, the internet was spotty. Very disappointed.

Quick Trip

Where it's located is perfect! In the heart of entertainment and a plethora of food options. The staff was really nice. I had a few concerns and the staff was right in too if it with answering my questions and assisting me. I did not participate in breakfast however the arom was delightful! Upon walking into the room it smelled sooooooo good!

There was some type of human matter( ear wax) on the side of the night stand. Some of the pillow cases were dirty. We did not get housekeeping during the stay.

Clean rooms, shortage of towels and staff

Super clean. Cleaner than some higher end hotels we've stayed in. The location was good.

Had to request room service. They didn't just come and clean when we were gone. Also, when asked the front desk person for towels, they told us to go to the laundry room to get them. No one spoke English there, so the communication was challenging. I speak 3 languages, but none of them applied in this case. 😆 Someone got their car broken into, and it was sad to witness the crime the staff had warned us upon check in.

Breakfast room not attended to properly. Out of yogurt on Thursday. Out of waffle mix on Wednesday. Coffee cups on Thursday. Not happy with the surprise $200 deposit at check in.

Convenient location and outstanding staff.

Neighbors in the next room decided to play loud rap music at 2am and only one song was good. So not great overall.

Won't be staying here again

It was easy to check-in. The lady who checked us in was nice.

The hallway carpet was dirty. The room was fairly clean but the bathtub didn't work very well, with very low water pressure. The bed was hard and every time my husband or I turned over the bed shook waking the other up. The breakfast was terrible and almost nonexistent. I went down early and it was still not stocked. We had a late checkout but left at 8 am because we weren't able to get any rest. So why stay?

Awesome staff

The staff was amazing we had a family emergency that prevented us from checking in on time and they called us to keep in touch and allowed us to check-in super late.

Excellent location

Excellent location, everything a person could need is just a short distance away. Best spot in Vallejo for a budget hotel stay. Pool, gym and fast Wi-Fi on site. Big fridge and cable TV in rooms with ample parking spaces.

Busy spot surely and an extra person at front desk would help check ins. Not a big hassle but just a little tip.
