Decent price doesn't always mean pleasant stay

The overwhelming scent of Fabuloso (multipurpose cleaner) was the first, bad impression because it was only a slight overpowering of the smell of marijuana. Once we arrived on our floor (3rd) there was an overpowering smell of marijuana which permeated the entire floor which was the worse for us because our room was at the end of the hall. The room, didn't, in our opinion, have adequate outlets for accommodation. There were outlets on one side of the bed closest to the bathroom but not on the other side which made it impossible to charge devices or plug in anything on the side of the bed closest to the window. The shower was undersized (but the water pressure was good). The pressed wood on the desk and other areas were peeling or weathered from what appeared to be previous unrepaired water damage. The floor was dangerously slippery when walking with tennis shoes. The floors looked nice, but whatever they were cleaned with made it slippery after we were already in the room and also made us move around extremely cautious and slowly.

Location was close to everything I needed. The beds were comfortable. Staff was nice.

There were a lot of people that seemed to live at the hotel. The breakfast was not that good. Freeze dried food.

Average and pricey for what was being offered.

Staff could barely speak English or understand needs. Staff could not recommend any activity around the area or knew of any happening activity in the area.

Breakfast area was not clean, quality of food was very bad. No adaquete cups or bowls.

Slept well, clean, great breakfast, the area was a little sketchy, but that could just be how Leesburg is

The staff was very friendly and they had a big complimentary breakfast that included just about anything you would’ve wanted.

The location was sketchy, but that could also be the area. Also, they had sprinkles that weren’t working and it was impossible to avoid getting wet as waking by.

Hotel was packed with Baseball Teams and Soccer teams when breakfast ran out which it did quickly just shut it down.... didn't make more or at least leave the coffee out.....

Adequate for our neeeds

Room was clean and nice.

Staff wasn't very friendly. We went to check out in the morning and they'd wouldn't even come take the room key from us. We left it on the counter.

Breakfast was empty at 7:45 and I waited around until 8:00 for them to put more stuff out and they took too long. I had to leave.

Location was perfect. Parents live down the street

Poor cleaning. Mold in room on ceiling. Ceiling falling through. Floor 4.. breakfast in the morning was nasty.. mold covered the pop machines.. mold covered the coffee machine.. Grose.

Not luxury or fancy but meets expectations for a clean place to stay.

Met expectations for a clean, relatively comfortable room. Relatively quiet on 4th floor, nightly room rate was reasonable for the time of year and holiday weekend.

Had to go down to 1st floor for ice.

Pleasant

The staff was pleasantly accommodating, The coffee was surprisingly good It was a decent stay.

The 1 very annoying thing was the door to the bathroom woke us up as the door was to tight & made a loud noise to open & close every night of our stay. Food not appropriately stocked. Didn't pay attention to the fact it was 2 double beds instead of 2 Queen size beds.
