Good location, very friendly people on staff
Very tired furnishings and the carpets definitely need to be replaced- carpet was shiny to the point of ‘greasiness’ in the bedroom area.

to be honest i only liked the location of the hotel and the outside seating place. The breakfast is ok, but the rooms were having bad smells and over priced for the room and cleanliness, the washer dryer does not work and we wasted our money multiple times. The staff did not do anything and kept saying thats a third party owned and they can not do anything. the flush would not work which was fixed after reporting. The AC did not work at all, though it was running whole night, we felt suffacation. It just looks like a motel. Not a good place for families.
replace all ACs, Washer, Dryers, and carpets in rooms as they smell a lot. Change the outside appearence. reduce the price.

Friendly staff. They kept the pool open late just for me!! The only thing I would change is the bottom of the tub was cracked. I didn’t get cut though! Had a great time and will be back.
The clock was set at the right time. That’s all

The staff was very nice at this location and that was about the only good thing.
Location was super sketchy. For a woman traveling with her child, I did not feel like we should be coming back to the location from dinner or whatever after dark. The hallways smelled musty and moldy and so did the room. Iron marks left on the room's carpet from hot irons falling down. Crumbs and candy in between sofa cushions. Notice at the front desk about "normal seasonal bugs in Florida" that we may see, but funnily enough the hotel we ended up going to 10 minutes up the road didn't have any kind of warning like that. The room feel so dirty I couldn't imagine having a good night sleep here. We ended up canceling and booking at another hotel 10 minutes away in a great area and that was super clean.

Room was comfortable and clean. Location was perfect for getting to the National Park and also had plenty of food options nearby. The breakfast was also delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful.
No complaints.

Location is awesome to go to the Florida Keys. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast elaborate. Property very clean & safe. Best of all the price was lower than most hotels in the area and the overall value was excellent. Stayed 2 nights 23-03-06 & 07 and definitely recomand this hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The sitting outside for breakfast, beds comfortable, breakfast was good
Furniture was old and chipped, the bathrooms are very small and tight.

The hotel is conveniently located. There are other restaurants nearby if the free breakfast offered by the hotel is not to your liking. The Outlets are nearby, only a short drive up the road. The Biscayne National Park is a short drive away with fantastic coastal trail. A longer trip out to Key Largo is feasible
The room served its purpose - somewhere clean to sleep comfortably and shower. The pool was clean to swim in or or simply relax in the shade.
There is ample parking for cars.
The locals telling us that this was a dangerous area to be in. We were never afraid and felt safe. There was no evidence of crime, drugs or guns.

The breakfast bar could use some fresh fruit.

Breakfast was fine, pesonnel friendly.
Room was smelling bad, like old-old house. All clothes and luggage was smelling badly after that as well. The floor was dirty, everything was old and worn. Damp!

Clean, professionally run, competent friendly staff who appeared to actually enjoy their work. I think somebody has taken this place over and is fixing it up, turning it around, renovating and making it better. Perfectly good place to stay overnight on the way through.
There's nothing wrong with this place but it's a little older; some things a little worn or a bit beat up. For example the water-saving shower head was excellent - so good that I noted the brand so I can put one in my own house - but since the diverter valve on the tub faucet leaked, all that "saved" water just went right down the drain.

Easy location 1hr from Miami and The Keys. Very reasonable fee. Descent free breakfast and a pool!
Room and bathroom looked dated... very brown.
The other thing is the room really smelled bad. We arrived really late after watching an NBA match in Miami and were so tired we just crashed otherwise would have asked to change.

Ideal location for trips to Everglades and upper keys.
