NOTHING..left an hr after arrival. Lobby smelled bad, begs sagged, sink didn't drain and they CHARGED for my dog. Red Roof NEVER charges for dogs. The hotel was disgusting and the area is horrible

Mike and Fred were great! We had to move rooms because there was an issue and Fred made it seamless and smooth. the The shuttle driver was super friendly too!

The Entire Experience went very well indeed. as will be back very soon any time i come to Georgia i will make my stay there.

The rooms were dirty, and the toilet seat was broken. The shower curtain was falling off the wall. Towels were so old they were thin and had stains on them. We asked for another towel as there were 3 of us and only 2 towels in the room. They did not give us a third towel. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but felt unsafe as they had a lot of long-term people staying in the hotel, and they all knew each other and knocked on everyone's doors all night. We left the hotel the next morning. There was large amounts of rubbish in the carpark and in the hallways.

Having blood on our towel and an incompetent manager with zero customer service skills and treated his staff worse than I'd treat a rabid dog

I have been waiting for several weeks and the hotel has not sent me the invoice for my company.

Just the location
For one I feel like I have been overcharged and won't refer to anyone else because of the service but there was one nice lady at the front desk was helpful with me otherwise I wouldn't go back

I liked the location, close to the airport. You have to call when you land to ask for a shuttle.
The location was pretty old and dated. Not the cleanest hostel I have been to. I would not recommend if you stay longer then a night.

Free coffee in the morning
Pretty much everything: it's not that clean, it's loud - way too many hangout in shared spaces, so those hallways are really busy and loud up until late. Internet is not that great too. Bed sheets are burned with cigarettes, and yellow.

Airport shuttle came soon. The room and bed are clean and comfortable.
Door, sofa,, and bathtub are too old and do not look so good. No coffee in the room nor no breakfast.
