It was a great choice and good to know it is there for a future time

Liked the breakfast. The staff was always so friendly. It was convenient for us. We were there for a funeral of my husband’s sister and it was a perfect location for us. Loved the bed which is very important to me.

Had issues and requested to speak with management advised for three nights that they could not be contacted nor did the

The location was not bad and the rooms were clean.

No advance notice of the work being done that impacted the lobby and the breakfast. When traveling for a basketball tournament these things are very important as it impacts the teams ability to get together and pregame. The breakfast was grab and go which then resulted in us having to spend more money than expected because the grab and go options were not sufficient for athletes to eat in the morning prior to playing basketball games all day.

The location was pretty good, it was not a super busy area.

They did not have a pool, the selections for the breakfast could have been better. Running around and banging notices at almost 2 am.

Pleasant

Room was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Great location for what we needed.

Whole downstairs was being renovated. Several light bulbs were burnt out in room. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. No bowls for making the oatmeal. No napkins or utensils. All the juices in dispenser needed to be mixed better.

Great staff, nice clean rooms, would stay again.

The location was ideal for my destination. the rooms were clean and the staff was nice and accommodating.

The hotel is under repair due to a pipe burst so one entire side of the hotel was being full gutted. Therefore they didn’t have cooked meals for breakfast only microwaveable items like honeybuns, and microwaveable sandwiches and burritos. You could also smell the still leaking water from the pipe bursting. We also had to switch rooms because the heater in one of the rooms went out, only blowing cold air. However, it was easily corrected within five minutes with a call to the front desk. Within 15 minutes we were already in another room. If the Hotel were not under renovation it would have been an exceptional experience.

Lovely Stay!! 💟

The place was very clean, the ladies at the front desk were lovely, the rooms and bed comfortable and the room itself was spotless. The area was safe and quiet. Nice breakfast and the location was perfect. Definitely going back when visiting the area.

It was great

I had to still pay full price for the first day even though I checked in after midnight. I know I reserved it but you should have at least given me the percent off for staying 2 nights, I was then told it didn’t apply with me!!! Ummm I got charged for two nights so I stayed two nights!!! What’s not applicable???

My stay was pleasant despite the bathroom issue.

It was clean and comfortable.

I hated when you turned on the bathroom lights the fan was so loud I couldn't hear my thoughts. The outlets were unacceptable. I could not charge my phone. Every outlet I attempted to use my cord fell out of.

If you are looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay with attentive, caring staff, I would recommend this

Property was very clean and had laundry facilities for guests, free breakfast, free parking, and free Wi-fi. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and caring.

Unfortunately, Wi-Fi connectivity was very erratic and a bit slow.

The room and bed was comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette area was perfect.

I love the location. The receptionists and room space were the best part of the experience.

The toilet had issues, we didn't receive fresh towels for the entirety of our 4-day stay.

Was ok...but can always do better.. more variety on fruits eg.berries, pears , boiled eggs, omelettes. All the bananas were way TOO ripe! Can mix with some averagely ripe.

coffee and yogurt on today Breakfast side . Rooms :- nice clean sheets and towels that looked newer, whiter and felt good on skin.

Never again... I should have used my IHG rewards and skipped this hotel.

Location good.

Breakfast absolutely awful. Completely inflexible when we requested an additional hour for checkout even though the manager knew we did not arrive until 10 p.m. the night of check in. We really should have asked for a partial refund - and I never do that. This will be our last stay at this hotel.
