Friendly staff, good location, building too old for the price and comfort

The location was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were locked out of our room for an extended period of time. The lock was broken so we had to wait on maintenance to come in since they were off duty. After a long day of driving and beach walking, it’s very inconvenient and exhausting to not get into your room until almost midnight. Plus all of my child’s medications were locked inside, so I couldn’t just switch rooms (not to mention they were booked up anyway).

Beds were comfy. Shower was good.

There were rolly polly bugs dead in the bathroom, room needed some updates and there were trip pieces missing around the whirlpool bath. The free breakfast had minimal selection.

Door wouldn't close properly. Had to slam it to close. Room had a weird humid wet smell.

Was a nice facility.

Room was clean and maintenance came daily with room cleaning!

I felt their breakfast wasn’t great at all. There wasn’t much to choose from.

It was okay

Safe. Convenient.

Continental breakfast had zero selection. Waffles and oj. I was charged twice for the room, it didnt get fixed until next day. My grandson accidentally stopped up toilet. We were told it may cost us our deposit even though we had and did unclog it ourselves. So I dont think they should be able to keep my deposit when we had to fix it ourselves!

This is a solid hotel. No frills but good service, clean, friendly staff, and the price was ideal.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to other amenities - gas station, fast food, and an antique market. It was also easy access to highways and main streets but far enough away that there was no street noise. The rooms were quiet. The hotel had an indoor pool and continental breakfast and the hotel was clean.

The hallway was dim and could use more lights. There is no elevator and we were on the second floor so we needed to bring our suitcases up the stairway. The room they assigned was not yet ready when we went in but staff quickly addressed this and gave us another room. Overall the hotel was small.

Conveniently located

Unfortunately there were a bunch of young girls that were running thought the halls, slamming doors on Saturday night. The pool closed early on Sunday wirh no warning

WiFi had some issues. However, Aaron resolved problem in a timely manner.

Easy to get to.

No TV access, pool was closed. Was offered a pull out bed, but one was not available. Had to ask for extra blankets and a pillow to make a pallet on the floor because we ended up having 3 people instead of the original 2......

We walked out after see the condition of the room and did not feel comfortable staying there

Reception Lady Amy was wonderful and helpful

The room was not clean at all. Hairs in shower, Floor not vacuumed, No remote for TV, And then a lot of mold in refrigerator.

VERY DIRTY AND MUCH DISAPPOINTED! First room had a loud clanky heater had to move to another room which was okay to do so and it was better but.. Carpets and just the whole facility quite frankly are in need of a desperate cleaning would not walk on the carpet without shoes on for sure OR SIT ANY BELONGINGS ON THE FLOOR. it just feels yuck there and I have stayed at a lot of places including other Quality Inns You can do better Quality Inn rather it is owned by Corporate or Private individuals.

It was a pleasant stay. We'll probably come back.

We were happy that we were in a "handicapped" room because the bathroom was big with lots of grab bars. There were adequate lamps and outlets. The room was larger than the one we stayed in last October, probably because it needed to accommodate a wheelchair. The sink was lower for the same reason, and I like that because I'm short. It was relatively quiet. The price was right. The staff were friendly.

There might have been more breakfast choices. We just had cereal because we didn't like the quality of the rest of the choices.

bathroom door was damaged grab bar in shower was broken. Bed was to soft room located next to a utility room which had something running that was making noise hard to sleep
