Good option for short stay

Our stay was only one night, however the hotel is cozy, quiet, large and well-equipped room, varied buffet breakfast, and parking at no additional cost.

Adequate facility.

Convenience to Old Orchard Beach

Room cool, and thermostat couldn't be set over71°. Breakfast tables not wiped after guests.

The staff was awesome. The property location was great the beaches were 20 minutes away for old orchard beach and about 35 minutes from Ogunquit Beach and many other beaches

Clean comfortable room convenient location

I've stayed here multiple times it's my go-to place in Biddeford, choices are limited as it is so it's nice to have a decent place. The staff is always courteous, breakfast is convenient usually not bad for a hotel breakfast.

A few issues with my card being declined multiple times for the room I don't know if it was on my bank's end or not no complaints other than that, that's minor

good value for one night stay on our way to Boston

good location. staff were friendly and helpful room was clean beds were comfortable breakfast was good

ventilation and heating system was very loud. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. poor sound insulation as we could hear coughing and talking next door and noisy hallway.

we were there for a gymnastics meet so super quick visit

I liked that there was a pool for my daughter to swim with her friends

the only thing I didn’t like was the bed was not comfortable. Otherwise the stay was good.

staff was nice and informative. rooms were spacious and clean. linens and towels were soft. coffee and cocoa always available

breakfast was not as we thought. The eggs and bacon were rubbery, the rest was good.

The visit was ok. Decent place. Poorly run by current staff.

The property was clean and it has a nice warm indoor pool.

Fire alarm sent everyone outside, took forever for the fire department to come clear it to go back in. Rumored to be from a guest smoking in their room. Staff were never at the front desk, always had to approach the desk and tell excuse me. Gentleman at the front desk was rude when I contacted the hotel about an issue with my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn’t put the manager on the phone.

Disappointed with exercise room. Gotbup at 6:00. No staff at front desk.

Breakfast was good. Furniture was damaged and tables were not cleaned.

The exercise room which I purposely stayed at the hotel for was not properly working. TV did not work. Elliptical sqeaked badly and the bike did not work. Staff could not help. Gave me wrong email address for manager. I gave my concerns but received not response. Should have gotten a full refund.

Not great.

I thought the location was good and the room was good. The staff was nice.

The cleaning people never cleaned our room. We stayed for a week and not one single day did they clean our room. We had to take out our own trash. We had to take our dirty towels down to the front desk to get new ones. When we ran out of toilet paper, we had to go down and get more from the front desk. I've never stayed in a hotel that did this.

When I got my in the bathroom there was soap on the sink out of the package that was used a rag that was used and dirty. When I checked in the person working the front desk was so unprofessional I had to speak to the manager of the hotel. It just really surprised me cause I really never had a issue like this with this hotel and I stay at this hotel ofter
