Breakfast was the best part of the stay location was ok

Room could of been cleaner ac unit was full of dust a used band Sid was on the hot tub the bed sheets looked dirty room smelled like cigarettes

No elevator. The handicap room was dingy and had to climb over edge of tub. Didn’t have hand rails to help get out. Hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Could write in the dust.

the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great

we were there with a group for a baseball tournament. the management team was very irritated that there were people outside. there was probably 4 or 5 different baseball and softball teams staying. to be respectful most people went outside and played corn hole , spike ball or sat in lawn chairs. it was mostly families and nothing unruly was going on. however the management team was stressed and threatening to kick people out, and telling them there was a STRICT quiet time at 10 pm. honestly if they want people to stay there , they will have to relax if people are outside just enjoying the night air and each other’s company.

The staff was great. The receptionist Sai were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time.

This is the second time I have went through booking and the place was supposed to be a nice place and it was a trashy place, doubt I will use booking.com ever again.

it was old and shabby and in very poor repair. places where the ceiling and walls were patched and falling down. comforter torn. bathroom door didn’t close tightly. furniture torn. pool closed. unexpected fee to check in early.

The room was spacious. Location was ideal.

The in-room hot tub was very small. Barely fit is both in it. The TV was exceptionally small. And the price was a bit high for the room. Staff was not very friendly. And there definitely was drug activity going on at the hotel. Will not stay there ever again.

Everything. The room was disgusting The smell was horrible The staff was rude Barged in my room at 10pm to change a fridge that didn’t work when they knew about it when I checked in at 4pm!!! The food was gross. Pool was closed and not stated.

They did have breakfast and it was decent spread but there isn't anything else that I can say that was good about this place I mean you spend $250 and you expect a really nice room

Well first thing the sink didn't work in the room with jacuzzi within it was so kind of Gunk on the bottom like calcium or something we had to wash the hot tub cuz it wasn't very clean then I get a phone call after I've already checked in been there like 20-30 minutes that I have to go back down because my card didn't clear which I figured they could have said when I was checking in went to get ice the ice machines down had to go to the other side of the hotel to get ice I mean it was definitely not worth the 250 I paid for it I would not suggest this place and I was very dissatisfied
