Cheap for the space/location, but you get what you pay for and overall felt gross.

The price for such a large room with a king bed and jacuzzi couldn't be beat. It was in a convenient spot for traveling around the city. The staff were very friendly and great to interact with.

Cleanliness was an issue for me. The surfaces of the room were covered in something sticky that smelled like syrup. It was on multiple surfaces across the room and I noticed it immediately after check-in. There was also a bit of blue painters tape that looked like it was there to cover a section of missing carpet. The carpet seems old and dirty to a point my partner didn't feel comfortable walking around without shoes in the room. While the jacuzzi was nice to have, one of the jets come off once it was turned on. There was a black build up noticeable inside the jet cover showing the jacuzzi hadn't thoroughly been cleaned in some time. It was a non-smoking room, but I noticed cigarette burns in the sheet and bed covering.

Would not recommend

2am something on floor level 2 keep pounding floor hard making where 2am up till we packed up. So disappointed did not sleep good then had to drive back almost 3 hours away

It was great. I felt wlecomed and very comfortable.

Good location. You could easily reach downtown or Black Mountain within just a few minutes. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location

Nice hotel and great front desk staff. The room was clean, and the shower was very nice. Beds were comfortable also. Breakfast was delicious. They had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy (which was icing on the cake) and you can make your own waffle. Also, they had the pastries and bread and bagels with all the fixins like butter, jelly, honey, and cream cheese. The ladies running the dining area were very nice and cheerful at 7:30 am. I would stay here again if in the area and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We didn't find anything that we didn't like.

Pet friendly rooms were dirty and old / lots of men hanging outside their room not making it safe

Not much it was cheaper than motel 8?

I stayed because I was able to get the room for $55 night. I stayed for 5 days at this property when I went to check back in for the 3rd time the “general manager” wanted to charge me an extra 25 per night for my dog. I explained I just stayed the week before and was not charged! Rudely she explained who she was and that that charge extra for pets. Oddly the last day checking out I overheard mgrs talking how they were short 2500 for the monthly quota! Guess how they are making it up ?? Won’t return

I won’t stay at this location again.

Breakfast was edible and had variety. Area did not feel safe and parking was limited. However, hotel was lit well at night.

The cleanliness of the carpet and bathroom floor. The smell in the room.

Would stay again thanks to the great room and Karen at the front desk! Shout out Miss Karen <3

The girl at the desk was named Karen and she gave us SUCH a warm welcome and used young people lingo for us, which made us feel right at home. The room was super clean, spacious, and cool. The parking situation is a little dicey but there's plenty of spaces.

Good location.

Had a bit a smell but it’s also pet friendly which is one of the tea I choose it. Also the pillows are super small.

It was a nice stay.

The property was clean. Nice stuff, especially the lady with long brown hair (super nice but I didn’t get her name).

I wish the beds were bigger (queen instead of full).

Pay a little more or look harder and find a different place to stay.

Other than the staff, there was very little to like about this hotel.

The room was not clean and smelled like sweat. My bed had bugs inside it when I pulled the covers down and they were crawling and flying around. The toilet stopped up with minor use, however the staff did fix it by the time I got back from house shopping. I would NOT stay there again.

Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

I would have given the highest rating on everything, but the rooms are non-smoking and our room had a stale cigarette smell inside. Everything else was perfect. The breakfast food was great and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The stale cigarette smell in the room was quite strong.

We liked the location and parking was free

We didn’t like the smell in our first room that we changed it later, the pool was not open yet even tho the weather was good, ants in our room, bed was a little small for two people, the toiled was really loud all the night, there was no shampoo just conditioner, for breakfast there was not a lot of fruit and nothing to make a sandwich

The room was a nice size and I wanted a sofa in the room. The staff was friendly.

The mattress was rock hard! I also didn’t realize the rooms were all exterior entrance. The breakfast was very limited. The rate was high for this type of hotel.
