We had an excellent week at this villa. The kitchen is well equipped and the 3 bedrooms were perfectly adequate for 5 adults. Only negative was that the downstairs bedroom has no air conditioning and the external doors open into the conservatory which was very warm during our stay. There is however an air conditioning unit in the main living area downstairs so you can leave the bedroom door open to benefit from this. We knew this beforehand, and as we were driving, we took our own fan and it was perfectly fine. A good sized pool that got regular use even if a little chilly. The villa really is in an exceptional location. The area is quiet, but it's a short 5 minute walk to a small 'express' supermarket, and a few more minutes beyond that to the beautiful sandy beach. To walk to the port along the promenade it's about 2km, but there are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes in between. Saint Cyprien is really a lovely location for a beach holiday. Lastly, communication with Gustaf, the villa owner, was very easy and he always responded very promptly to all or our questions. I would definitely recommend this villa for a wonderful stay in Saint Cyprien.

We had the most fantastic holiday in St Cyprien. Gustaf’s house was perfect for relaxing and the pool was ideal for the kids. The house is situated in a quiet location very close to the beach & St Cyprien village and port. We would highly recommend this house for a holiday .

A charming villa well furnished with pool and good WiFi which the kids appreciated. Very good communication with the owner who sent us the keys before we set out for France so there was no hassle trying to make a rendezvous with the local agent for a handover when the traffic can be so busy in the summer.

We had a wonderful week in this house. Everything was exactly as it says in the advertisment! The house was perfect for our family, six persons and three generations! Even the pool and the garden were lovely! I really recommend this hous for holidays and relaxing! Thank you, we love it all!

An absolutely fantastic villa with everything needed for a relaxing luxurious holiday... Perfectly appointed for a family of 4 or more; 3 large comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen & all appliances, huge conservatory and a lovely large well maintained pool & stone built BBQ. We chose it for it's perfect location close to the border and national park, (Barcelona is just a couple of hours drive away), but we also enjoyed days just lazing round the pool and enjoying al fresco meals made from the local produce. The beach is just a few minutes away and a mile along the coast is the bustling port / marina with a large selection of shops and restaurants. If kite surfing is your thing then there's a local school and some of the best winds & surf in Europe. A great base to venture out from or just relax in comfort with everything you need for a great holiday.

Very quiet and easy to get to Perpignan and Canet. Property and pool area clean. We enjoyed the beach at Canet and St. Cyprien, which is only a 7 minute walk. A number of restaurants and bars are on the beach. The main square has a number of restaurants and market a couple of times a week.

We enjoy self-catering family holidays and this property provided very comfortable accommodation and also perfect location. We could get most of our food in a near-by mini-market and bakery, the beach is only a short walk away and an evening promenade to the town centre was a real treat. We found Saint-Cyprien a very pleasant, family-orientated place with lot of activities for our 3 & 6 year olds and miles of beautiful, sandy, palm-fringed beaches. The backdrop of the mountains provides a beautiful setting with some stunning sunsets. The property was clean, kitchen equipped for family meals, the outside barbeque was also very welcome. The pool is great and the kids were rarely out of it. The neighbourhood seemed very nice and quiet (apart from our party). We would highly recommend this property to families who like to be close to the beach and also like the use of a private pool. If you wish to give the car a rest when on holiday and be able walk to the beach and local amenities this is the place for you...
