They stole our stuff!

My daughter enjoyed their pool. We were so tired from a 3000 mile road trip that we were satisfied with just having somewhere to rest and relax.

We left our laundry Basket filled with my daughters new school clothes and souvenirs from our long trip. I called as soon as I realized and told them exactly where it was in the room. I would pay them what ever the cost to have it sent to us. They preceded to tell me they never seen anything and would not discuss it anymore with me. I have tried calling back several times and they don't even answer their phone! My child is heart broken. I hope the enjoy our personal belongings as much as we did!

Clean and convenient location.

Older facility, bed was uncomfortable. Small TV and the light outside the room shined in the room with all the lights off at bedtime. Breakfast was sparse, not much to chose from.

Location

Was told the room was not cleaned unless you stay over a week. Staff was not happy when I asked for towels the second night. Ran out of toilet paper and no one brought us any. Breakfast was coffee, no cream, bananas and microwave breakfast sandwiches that had sat too long and were hard. The bathroom had cracked floor tiles and walls in the bathroom where peeling .

clean and tidy room with good amenities, close to highway and gas station. nothing fancy but great for long trip layover.

the bed was busted so there was a big dip in the middle - we spent the whole night rolling onto each other.

Pleasant

The space was clean and it had a good selection of tv choices to comb through.

The blow dryer on the wall was stuck on the “on” position so I had to unplug and plug it back in to turn it on and off. Though the hotel is dog friendly, there was no grass or grass spots anywhere around the hotel for my dog to do his business, so the morning we left we had to stop at a rest area.

Not sure what motel the “after midnight check-in Negativ Nancy’s” we’re staying at, this one is fine

Clean, comfortable and affordable room.

Pleasant

The front desk lady was nice.

The room had the smell of fresh poop. Very strange. The room was next to the office. We wanted to just get out of the place.

Disappointed in this Super Eight. Included breakfast was one reason we booked. At 9 am there was no fruit, only 2 yogu

The bed was comfortable

Air conditioner was set to 61° and due to it’s location almost impossible to change.

Breakfast was to be available at 6 am. I was there at 6 am. All closed up. All dark. No breakfast. I felt I got took. Went to McDonald's.
