It was horrible .

The room had bedbugs the receptionist was trying to charge me a deposit for $150 dollars . I really think she was stero typing me because I’m a black female . She put us in a room with bedbugs

Mediocre

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The noise outside of the room by other people staying there and I had to kill a few cockroaches.

Very disappointed.

Location is great for visiting family.

There was mold in the shower. The bathroom door was dirty Under the bed was some kind of metal that made a noise every time you move. I made a mistake on the date so I had to pay again. They took the money. Full amount. They put us in the back of the hotel. They had guests that argued most of both nights we were there. Never again.

Good location, tired facility

The front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. The location in downtown Lexington was convenient.

The breakfast attendant on Sunday morning was at best inattentive. We discovered soiled sheets with holes and had to get replacements. The door next door was squeaky and we heard every time they went out to smoke. The smoking station was outside our room, we are allergic to cigarettes' smoke. On Sunday we went to breakfast the eggs were out and so was the breakfast meat. We told the attendant who was texting and she snapped back that she was monitoring the room. We went elsewhere for breakfast. The bathroom could use a really good cleaning.

Location & staff were great but the cleanliness of our rooms were bad.

location, staff was super great, especially the man that was the caretaker of the hotel.

Rooms were small, we killed 3 roach type bugs in our room. The floors were really really dirty! The Floors need to be mopped, my feet were black after walking around with no shoes for a few minutes. The blankets had tears/holes on them in four spots. The hotel needs to be renovated & new linens

location was good but trash cans were full outside the hotel no hot water and no breakfast as advertised

Clean, good breakfast although no juice. nice staff.

Booking.com was not accurate saying they had an EV charger when in reality the staff had never heard of that. We drove out of the way because of this feature so were disappointed to hear that.

Would use this place again!!

Quietness. Convenience. Loved the flooring. Way better than carpet in my opinion.

Seemed a little chilly in the room! Even with the heat!

The beds were comfy the shower had mold and holes in the ceiling.

The night staff was unfriendly. The room was outdated, there was mold in the tub shower area, toilet did not flush well and there were several holes in the ceiling in the shower area and the fire water spout was rusted.

Location, you didn't have to walk far to get something to eat, and there is a drugstore at the corner.

The maintenance staff water the concrete steps during the day. As a senior it was distracting, and took a while walking on the concrete when it's wet.
